We stayed 2 nights to visit a nearby attraction. The park is a short drive from I-5 (Exit 39) along narrow winding 2 lane residential street. The park appeared mature/seasoned. Limited parking area for check in. The interior roads are paved & parking pads are concrete. The interior roads and turns are sufficient to maneuver larger RV’s for the experienced driver. The sites are a mixture of back-ins and pull throughs. The P/T sites were long enough to stay connected with proper placement on the pad. The sites had sufficient room for opening slides. The orientation of these sites don’t allow RV’s to cast any shade onto the patio side. The sites are flat & level. There seemed to be some long term residents. They have full hook ups – water, electricity (50/30/20 AMP), & sewer. The utility connections were towards the middle to rear of the sites. The sewer connection fitting was at about ground level so establishing a downhill flow is dependent on the discharge point. Distance and grassy areas establish privacy between the sites. All sites have an older wooden outside table but no fire pits as wood burning is prohibited. There are trees scattered throughout the park so satellite reception would be dependent on site assignment and dish configuration. The park information showed 61 Comcast Cable channels but didn’t mention anything about OTA broadcast channels. The cable lineup seemed to have a lot of shopping channels. The picture reception was clear. Didn’t try to get any broadcast channels. The park provided password protected WiFi was adequate for email, research & ordering (but the transceiver was mounted at the site). Didn’t use the NET10 phone so don’t know about reception. No designated fenced pet area. There was sufficient area to walk dogs along the park’s roads but the designated ‘dog walk’ was along the dirt embankment on three sides of the park. It was a steep climb to reach the top of the embankment. Didn’t see any bag dispensers or collection stations for waste while driving through the park. The laundry was clean & neat with low use. From memory (so it may not be accurate but close), it was $1.50 per load to wash & dry. The morning grass watering conflicted with packing up. We would stay here again if back in the area. TIP: Close enough to Mount Saint Helens for an easy day trip with an early start. Dominos delivered to the park. Shopping close by.

Great place. Close to restaurants, the mall, etc., but not within site of them nice, country-side feel. Crowded, but I never felt stepped-on. A few trees helps. They were able to get us in last-minute we stayed 2 nights, but had to move for the second night (spot we had was reserved). I highly recommend.

We are retired and have been fulltime RVers for five years. We stopped here for a medical appointment in early 2020. Then COVID. So we've stayed for about 18 months, leaving this week. We have no kids, no pets, and no extra vehicle. Just our truck and a 40 ft fifth-wheel. We were placed in #132, on the south side of the park. Plenty of room, but I wanted my Sat. TV, so we moved to #124. The office people have always been very cordial and helpful. No issues. There are two laundry rooms, both are well-maintained. Their maintenance crew is great. But this park, built in the 1950s or so, is not a haven for kids. However, there are many around and everyone seems to get along just fine. The park is about a mile from a Safeway, Wilco, Target and Starbuck's. We have stayed in other area RV parks, but will always choose Brookhollow when we are in the area. For us, it's perfect.

After a month of informing the park staff that the WiFi has no bandwidth in the park there has been no resolution. The Wifi signal strengths are adequate but again there are lost internet connections or long term buffering.

We stayed at the park for 5 months. Initially we were excited to be in the area as it was closer to our family. Within the first week we realized we had made a huge mistake. The one thing we needed desperately was WiFi. We were told "corporate" was in the process of upgrading their system. We never had WiFi. They say they are pet friendly. Yes right, they charge $20 a dog per month and provide nothing for the $20 paid. We won't be back and have spread the word to our RV group that there is no value in staying at brook hollow rv park.

We stay at this park every year for a week or longer. This is a very nice and very clean park. One of our favorite places to stay.

Older facility. This park is next to a trailer park, the grass is moderately maintained, although you'll be instructed not to park on it (common sense, but I digress). Plenty of 'additional rules' as posted throughout the park, the cost of the stay is not reflective of the quality of the resort.

Totally disappointed, again of the lack of customer service and friendliness at this campground. The place itself is wonderful, level pull throughs so we didn't need to unhook for our overnight stay, bathrooms impeccably clean and awesome showers. The wifi wasn't the best, but the cable tv was nice to have, to catch up on the news. BUT again.....(thought we would give them a second chance) the lady in the office checking us in, is the most unfriendly, grouchy person we have ever encountered during our many years of RVing.. We felt like we had done something wrong by arriving to spend the night. We politely asked a few questions and were "barked" the answers. I asked her nicely if the Good Sam discount was 10% , and she replied with, l'm not sure. Really, you're not sure? How long have you worked here? We paid $55, so not sure if she gave us the discount or not. Is she's the owner, l understand why she is still working there, if not, they should read these reviews and think about a change of staff! Pretty sure we will go down the road aways next time and try someplace different!

We have stayed at Brookhollow before and looked forward to our return. The sites are spacious, level and great for big rigs. The staff are friendly and we noticed improvements in the bathrooms and the other buildings - it always feels good to be at a park where investments are being made to improve them! We enjoyed seeing otters in the water by the walking trail. The trail is a great feature with pretty views. We also saw various birds and some deer. The location is good for day trips toward Mt St Helens where we really enjoyed the interpretive center and great views. The staff were very friendly. This park is a quiet enjoyable location and we hope to return again.

My wife and I stayed at Brookhollow RV Park in Kelso, Wa. in mid July 2016. We chose this park because of it's high rating and because it close to our children/grandchildren in the Longview area. When we arrived, we were very pleased with park and the layout. Nice sized concrete pads and grass area for each site. Also, the park was reasonably quiet despite only being about a mile from the freeway. We thought we found us a nice place to stay. We decided to go ahead and book for a week for the weekly discount offered. The first night we had our family over for hamburgers & hotdogs. Our neighbors to one side were two older ladies that were not very friendly. They complained about us making to much noise. We found this out a few days later as the camp manager called us with quite the laundry list of what we were doing that annoyed our neighbors. When I explained non of it was true the manager still seemed to side with our neighbors. Being a little upset with this I went to the office to explain that their yappy little dog had been annoying us since we had arrived but we decided to put up with it as the owners would make a half hearted attempt to control the dog. I will tell you that at no rv park that we have been to have I felt so unwelcome. We were amazed! It bears mentioning that non of our other neighbors had made any complaints about us. We decide to cut our stay with them short due to what we feel was a very inhospitable atmosphere. This experience will go down in our history as the worst rv park experience to date. We will not go back ever and will let everyone know we talk with about our experience here. I should have read the Trip Advisor reviews on this place before we booked as they clearly show we are not alone in our feelings.

We have never been treated as rudely as we were at this park. The park looks beautiful and peaceful when you arrive, but one trip to check in and that all changes. I honestly do not know how they stay in business because you don't feel welcome. Our space, which is advertised to fit two vehicles plus our rig, was only large enough for our 5th wheel if we wanted our awning out. We had to park our pickup a fair distance from our site. We will never go back.

Overall this was a nice campground but it is in the bottom of a valley. We enjoyed the park though there was little shade on the east side of the park. There were a few trees on the east side of the park but were small. The park does not have much for views since there is a berm on the east side, but it does provide a great walking trail. The only issue is they do impose the fee for a dog(s). We were on a 6 week tour and this was the only park we encountered that imposed the dog fee.
