The spots are really close if you only want 30 amp. There are a lot of full timers but everyone is very friendly. I didn't use the restrooms so I couldn't tell you how they are but the washer and dryer are outside. There is a nice path to the beach and it is not very crowded. We would love to come back in a few years.

Our family did a two night stay and wished we had stayed longer. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach. Our girls rented bikes and rode everywhere on the island. The bathrooms were clean, but out dated. I would certainly come back. Everyone was very friendly, including some residents that stay there for a few months at a time.
