The park is maintained and clean. We were next to playground so our kids were loving it. The site was gravel and the trailer needed to be leveled a bit. The site also included a panic table and a fire pit which we used at night. Wifi connection was good and I had no problem streaming Netflix for the kids to watch a movie. The only complaint I have about the site was that the electrical and water connections were very close to the ground (about 4-6 inches). My electrical connections had to be laying... Read More

So we needed to ensure it stayed dry in case if it rained and the ground stays soak. The park was like 10mins from NH and 15mins from the Kittery Outlets.

Pull through site was long but very narrow. Firepit not cleaned out, leaves have been there since last fall and your neighbours sewer right outside my door. Bathroom showers(ladies) very small and not cleaned on a regular basis....had to clean one before using. Don't think I will be stopping there again!

Very small campsites. Wood chips with lots of weeds for your campsite. Neighbors sewer hook up is practically under your picnic table. Drunk neighbors up till 5 AM for two nights in a row, with management doing nothing after many abutting campers complaining. This was our first time here and will never return nor recommend.
