This was our family's maiden voyage with our New Class A. This is a quiet RV park, centrally located in Tallahassee. The park is extremely clean and they have full hook up: 30/50 amp, sewer, water, cable and Wifi. Their bathrooms and showers are clean and their laundry room is open 24/7. The staff was friendly, helpful and all this made for a great stay.

Nice RV park and great staff! Decent internet. Just there for a night and was convenient to I10.

Very friendly staff, clean grounds, restrooms and laundry. Check-in was very easy. Only issue was the site's aren't very wide so you're close to your neighbors.

Although we didn't use the facilities offered, this is a nice campground. Pull throughs are long and spacious (hookup to sewer is way toward the back). Easy in and out. Pleasant staff. Stayed twice, outbound and inbound.

On arrival, when we hooked up to the power pedestal, the power began to flicker on and off and, before I could unplug, it destroyed my surge protector. As that happened, we heard a loud "bang" from the vicinity of the electric power compartment and the coach filled with the acrid smell of overheating or burning electric equipment. We later found out that the refrigerator was fried at a loss of $200+/- in spoiled food plus whatever the repair or replacement costs turn out to be, Management refused... Read More

As that happened, we heard a loud "bang" from the vicinity of the electric power compartment and the coach filled with the acrid smell of overheating or burning electric equipment. We later found out that the refrigerator was fried at a loss of $200+/- in spoiled food plus whatever the repair or replacement costs turn out to be, Management refused to acknowledge that they have a power problem, was uninterested in resolving the issue, and refused to provide an alternative site - saying none were available. When obtaining a refund from the front desk, the attendant mentioned that another coach had recently had a power problem in the Park. We were fortunately able to relocate to a different RV Park for the night (even though it was also full, they made room for us). So far, we've replaced a blown surge protector and have scheduled a pending repair for the refrigerator. I hope to have the whole electrical system inspected this week to determine whether we have extensive damage. There is nothing to recommend this park based on our experience --- and every reason to avoid it.

OK, for a night or two when passing through. Campground facilities are over-rated. This park is small, cramped and does not have facilities to comfortably accommodate families or individuals for longer periods. The park is clean and in a good location to I-10 and local shopping. WiFi reception is good. RV sites are densely packed making a very tight ingress /egress, particularly for larger motorhomes. Sites are not paved so it can can muddy or difficult to level after a rainfall. Little... Read More

Forget about for sitting out for private conversation or grilling. Only two "unisex" bathroom /showers for over 60 sites. Bathrooms are clean but small and not very well ventilated. I didn't know they can build swimming pools that small.

Nice clean small campground. Easy on and off. Nice town too. We'll definitely be back!

We stayed in our fifth wheel for two nights on our way further south and would definitely stay again. The park is convenient to I-10 but quiet and peaceful with tall pines throughout. The grounds and sites are well-maintained, we had a good WI-fi signal, cable TV and the office staff were friendly and efficient. We did not use the pool or the restrooms. As described in another review, the sites are long and narrow so I wouldn't consider this park for a long-term stay. We like it because it is close... Read More

Lady called on day of arrival to confirm arrival. Very friendly and efficient in the office. Allocated site #1 pull-thru for a one night stay. Site level and good. Great WiFi strong signal and fast. Would stay again

Easy access off I10. Long sites but very narrow. You and your neighbors slides almost touch. Very small shower facility. Small but deep pool (not good for small children). Seems to be long term stay at the end. Small dog walk area. Overall I feel it is overpriced for what you receive.

This was an overnight stay for us. Office staff were very friendly and accommodating for our size coach. We were in a 43' motorhome with a toad. We had asked for a spot long enough to not need to unhook, which they did provide. We were slotted into site 43, which was plenty long. However, the roads in the campground are very tight and maneuvering is difficult in a larger motorhome; not impossible, but difficult While our site was long, it had quite a slope on the front end of the site. What a pleasant surprise - just outside the city of Tallahassee, this park is in a beautiful forest setting. The spaces are gravel, but level, and provide ample space for even large coaches and 5th wheels. Very nice owners, very accommodating. We appreciated this little slice of peace and quiet in a very beautiful setting.

This place worked ok for a overnight stay. Lots are small. A lot of dirt on roads and lots, makes me wonder how much mud if it rains? We were able to get in/out without unhooking our toad, but it was tight, and not all sites would have allowed that. We were on lot 39, We have a 45 MH.

We stayed one night as did many other people that day. Very convenient to interstate. Some tight turns but not a problem for my 32' fifth wheel. We did not use the restrooms so I can not comment. It met our needs for a one night stop.

We spent two nights here, a quick stop. It is located two miles north of Interstate 10, about 8 miles north of central Tallahassee. As the name implies the RV sites are dispersed among beautiful, large oak trees, many draped with Spanish moss. Therefore, don't plan on using your satellite TV but they do provide cable with a good channel selection. Also, because of the trees there is lots of shade but no grass. The site pads are dirt with a concrete patio and picnic table. The driveway at the... Read More

The site pads are dirt with a concrete patio and picnic table. The driveway at the entrance is asphalt but it quickly gets smaller and then disappears to become dirt and dust. There is free WiFi but it was not usable. The bathrooms are OK but there is only a single toilet/shower combo for men and one for women for the entire campground. There is a laundry but we didn't use it. We had a pull through site with full hookups and 50 amp electric. AT&T 4G signal strength from this location was -107dBm which is average. We paid $40 per night with Good Sam discount.

This is a nice quiet relaxing RV park with beautiful big trees and nice pull thru spaces. We would have loved to stay a few more days. And it's right next door to a big auto museum. Staff was very friendly.

We have a 33' fifth wheel and had a site about half way down the small two-row park. The park is clean and the small rec room cozy. The roads were narrow, especially along the fence side. We stayed seven nights to explore Tallahassee. There were a lot of one-night stays in the park, and RVs were constantly on the move. The pool was not heated, so not really available this time of year. The Good Sam site states that this park has planned activities, but they didn't have any. Groceries were... Read More

This should be graded as just an average park.

We stayed here last year and were happy to have the opportunity to stay again. Both times we were in transit so it was only an overnight stay. Access is easy both from and to the interstate and within the park. All sites are pull through. Check in it easy and friendly.
