This RV Park is in a good location but is neglected and has very tight spaces. We stayed here for 2 nights and had to position my 5th wheel so that the slides would not hit the power pole next to us. The staff seemed to be friendly but the facilities are very run down. There is no sign at the entrance and if you miss it, it becomes difficult to maneuver a big rig around to get into the facility. It was also pricey and they charged us for electric usage.

Pros: - Good location, close to Old Town, off the main road (quiet) - Neighbours were quiet Cons: - Very Slow WIFI - Near impossible to find the entrance - Lady at the front desk needs an attitude adjustment - Usual sales tax PLUS 15.47% lodging fee (which is not mentioned anywhere) - Metered electricity - Park is falling apart - Very unlevel parking spots * Will NOT stay here again.

Stayed here about a week. It was a great, convenient location. Quiet, in spite of being on Cerillos Road. It is older, and some of the facilities are a little worn with age, but still clean and charming. It is flat, and the roads are gravel. I am in a small 22 ft RV, so it was easy to maneuver, but be advised that it is pretty tight if you are in a big Class A, or are towing a large trailer. The center sites are pull through, though. I will be glad to stay here again. The one negative that I have... Read More

Very narrow campsites - all views from your trailer will be of the trailers parked next to you. Monthly rates are spendy for what you get. The facility is quieter than I expected for being right off Cerillos, so that's a plus.

Before going I read some of the more current reviews which were not all that good. I tried to get in other parks in the area but couldn't because I wanted 13 days. I had no choice but to book at Los Suenos de Santa Fe RV Resort & Campground and glad I did, the park was great and the staff was friendly I got a pull thru site for the 13 days with a nice tree and pad with table. I found the park very clean and the dog walk area was clean also restrooms were clean. About 3 days into my stay I plugged... Read More

I found the park very clean and the dog walk area was clean also restrooms were clean. About 3 days into my stay I plugged to many items in popped the 30 amp breaker in the middle of a rain storm after hours, called maintenance and in less then 15 mins someone was there to reset the breaker. The park is in a great location easy access to all of Santa Fe and in a nice area we will stay there again. As we have a 5th wheel I like pull-thru's but even the backin sites were big and easy to get into which to me is a plus.

First the good things: easy check in, friendly, helpful staff. Good proximity to shopping. Level, gravel sites. Clean restrooms. See the sites--they are all close by. Negatives: No pool-permanently closed. Very old restrooms-need updating. Old washers--NO dryers! If you have a pet--DON'T stay here. Pet walk is dirt and weeds and half of it was closed off. No good place to walk your pet. The weeds have seeds that stick all over your pet"s coat.

This is an old park that still functions but not any ambiance to speak of and doesn't even have a sign out front where you turn in from Cerritos Rd. The location is convenient to downtown. It's just a decent place to go when the other parks are full.

As other reviewers have said this place was hard to find. We drove past the turn the first time and had to find sufficient space to be able to turn our Class A and toad around. Once turned into the entry stay to the left to the office. Check in was quick and easy however you are left to find your space on your own. The park roads and sites are all gravel but seem fairly flat. Sites are tight, tight, tight! A few trees but they didn't interfere with our satellite system. The park is in a good... Read More

This is a great Park! We asked for and rec'd a pull through site. It was plenty long for our 45' + tow. The park has lots of trees so possibly could affect satellite TV. There appeared to be cable TV but our connection was broken, so did not attempt to use. We did not miss it as we were busy site seeing during the day, and sat out side at night enjoying the cooler evenings. They also have a nice ~1 mile hiking trail that was great exercise. We stayed 3 nights.

Convenient to the downtown area. Clean restrooms. Hard to spot. When you turn in there is a Y, go to the left. Not towards the lofts sign. Behind truck rental. Good restaurant in front along street, Chris's Restaurant. Little slope, we didn't block trailer but some did. Friendly staff.

Disappointed the online rate listed 35.00, sent email for reservation while traveling, arrived next day to find rates are jacked up to 57.00 because of the Balloon fest. Should not have Good Sam rates listed that are not going to be honored. Stayed because we were tired, left early next day to find nicer place.

My hat is off to the staff as they are very friendly and helpful. Fastest check-in ever! Nice clean office. Park is tricky to see from street your first time in and sits behind a truck rental lot. Park is on a downslope so we had to use 1 1/2 in. blocks on one side. Laundry is funky with washers/dryers in bathrooms w/o folding table or chairs. Pool is small but immaculate. Bath & laundry needs upgrades. Location for local attractions is good and park is quiet. Highly recommend Adelitas Restaurant... Read More
