Safety: This resort is gated. The Manager and several staff are on golf carts throughout the day and night. I felt really safe the entire trip. Fishing: I have never seen so many fish in one place, best time to fish near the fish cleaning station and just to the right past the second set of large rocks. River: River schedule is posted daily to know when it is best / safest to float the river. Mini Golf: The place to get the clubs / balls closes at 3 PM through the week, but you can go get the... Activities: Basketball court, pool, biking, horseshoes, fishing, swimming, activity center for the kids, bean bag toss. Staff: everyone is friendly, helpful. Golf cart rental: highly recommend as after a full day of activities, you may want to use the golf cart instead of a bike etc.

Stayed here in July with temps in the upper 90s. Lots of activities for kids. The pools were clean. Some of the sites are shaded. However, many are in the middle of a field with no trees. The check-in was easy and the staff was very friendly. My biggest issue was the long term campers. They're the ones with PVC plumbing, lawn mowers under the RV, and decks next to the entrance. Many of these unites were very run down and looked like they'ed been there for several years. Some were not being used... Read More

There were a lot of maintenance staff working around the grounds. But many areas needed to be mowed. The Putt-Putt was nice, but again parts were broken and it needed attention. The placement of the dumb-stations was odd. They're located on the main roads and traffic had to stop or drive through grass while I was emptying my tanks. Defiantly was a very nice place when it first opened. It just needs to be updated.

This is a great park for family/kids but not for seniors. VERY busy/noisey campground with RVs, tents and lots of cabins. Camp spots are mixed RVs with tents. Sites and roads to your site are very narrow gravel with a good amount of distance between sites. They have bicycle and golf cart rentals and they are everywhere. Rated too high.

First, they no longer stock trout in the river in this area. Camp is great for families with children, great themes. Crafts and other activities costs are getting a little high. Dogs running lose, some loud people during quiet times. Great Playground area, park in good shape, bathrooms/showers clean. For trout camp with no trout very disappointed!
