The park was clean, however it is tiny. We felt very cramped with a large 5th wheel. The 50 amp hookup was just hanging loose in the box and didn't make us feel safe plugging in to it. The area around the park leaves a lot to be desired. While conveniently located for shopping and freeway access it was not the best of areas. Sites were so cramped we were constantly smelling propane and sewer from the older trailer next to us. The park served our purpose while visiting friends but this will be our... Read More

Next visit we'll suffer longer drive times to our friends home for a nicer park. We were surprised by the GoodSam rating for this place.

Crowded but quiet. Clean, friendly, and relaxed. And PERFECTLY located in the middle of everything. For us it was proximity to granddaughters in Chandler, great restaurants, and every daily need (Pharmacies, Groceries, etc). We will be back.

This place is a gem! We are relocating for a job to the Phoenix area from Indiana. I checked out at least 15 places online where I could park our 33' travel trailer long term while I found a rental house and my wife was packing in Indiana. I am so lucky to have found Green Acres. I visited several of the other places I had looked into and this was hands down the best choice for short or long term stays in Mesa. There are several locations that claim to be RV Campgrounds but are either an old motel... Read More

I visited several of the other places I had looked into and this was hands down the best choice for short or long term stays in Mesa. There are several locations that claim to be RV Campgrounds but are either an old motel that was partially torn down or an aging mobile home park that has vacant spots between extremely run down ancient mobile homes, very scary. First of all for Green Acres the facilities and grounds are spotless with many nice touches that make it feel like home. The staff is extremely accommodating but very firm on making sure things are kept clean and rules followed. The laundry facilities are very usable and next to the pool that has a misting system over a covered seating area..just right for waiting on the dryer. The spots are small but adequate and as expected with this being so close and accessible to everything including the metro rail system. There is an amazing Thai restaurant and Vietnamese bakery just across the street. I would stay here again and would recommend it for anyone looking for a clean, value based, comfortable place to stay while in the valley. Only reason why I gave the bathrooms a 4 and not a 5 is that while house like nice and extremely clean they do not have AC so unless you go first thing in the morning they can be hot in the summer.
