Reservations where q challenge, not sure how they keep up with them. The lady that owns the place seems to have different rules for the permanent sites then the people who stay for a few nights. We won't go back! If you have kids and like to enjoy the outdoors, this is not the park for you!

Site was OK although a bit narrow. Grounds are well maintained and laundry facilities are very nice. Where we had issues were with other facilities: There was no picnic table on the site (nave never run into this before) and they told us we could not borrow one either. There is no fire-ring or place for a fire except a "community" fire-ring 200' away. We tried to take a shower at 8PM and facility was locked. When we called the night number the person said "we should have know better and there was no way we would get in" - their words. Again, we have not run into this at a facility way out in the country with no other passing traffic. The cable yielded no TV channels and the documentation never mentioned or provided the wifi password - only because the guy who guided us to our site mentioned it did we kno how to get on (it is pretty good). Overall the owner or staff was uninterested in helping in any way.

The good-great WiFi connections, easy access off Interstate, drive through site, level and paved, helpful friendly owner and staff. The bad-doesn't feel like you're in nature but rather in a senior community, no pool, lots of traffic past our site, view is of street and buildings and other RVs. Stay here if you need to-it's nice and clean and reasonable at $30/night, but if you're looking for nature this isn't it.

The facility was very appealing and clean, but a little over rated there should be a listing for mobile home parks, because most of this place consist of mobile homes and permanent campers. I tried to take a look in the restroom but it was locked. They do have single type camp sites but they are set up for permanent type rvs. The site we were given was a large paved pad with two campers on it off set so as to not to be real close back to back and only about 12 feet between the other camper facing you, but it is off set a little or you would not be able to each put out an awning.
