Nice concrete pad with lots of trees so satellite use was impossible. Very clean park with pool and activities. Very good water pressure but we didn't know until we arrived that their internet was not working. We should have been notified in advance of arrival. Near historic downtown and beaches and bingo place is down the street with good restaurants nearby and grocery stores. While it was a nice park I would be hesitant if their internet is still down. Laundry room is good with plenty of room to move around

After reading all the nice reviews about this resort I was unfortunately quite disappointed in the atmosphere and welcome we received once we arrived. Is it clean? Yes. Well maintained? Yes. Is is shady? No, but that's typical for this kind of place. Cable? No, unless you stay a month. WiFi? No, does not work. However, the worst was being told (within an hour or so after arriving) our dog was "not welcome here" because she had a "pit bull head". FYI our dog is not a pit bull. I wish this place actually advertised what they were all about because I would NEVER have paid money to go there. It says nothing about breed restrictions of any kind, good idea to call and inquire if you are bringing your dog.

This was an A++ facility. From the phone experience with the staff before we even arrived, everything was a pleasant experience. The grounds are maintained meticulously, and the pool and club house areas spotless. Our campsite was one of the premium pull thru sites and we had water, electric(30 & 50) and sewer, just no cable. Our wifi signal was working just fine but that may be due to a proximity to an antennae, I saw a previous review where they were having trouble. Very close to many area attractions and state parks, all in all I would have to say we had the perfect stay at a perfect location and couldnt have been more happy. Dont worry about reserving a space here you wont be disappointed.

Having family living in the Clearwater/Tarpon Springs area this is the perfect landing spot for our stays. This park is corporate run with a small motel on the property. The front sites are shaded and pull through concrete pad & patio and in my opinion the best in the park. Their is no cable & the wifi is in undependable. Those are the only two negatives, everything else is perfect from the pool area to the overall appearance of the property. The in season rates are high but that applies to most of Florida.
