The only good thing about this place is that you feel like you are camping in the woods. The pool has big holes in the concrete. The rope and buoys are all broken. The restrooms have no hot water no matter how long they run. The men's bathroom by the pool had feces all over the seat for 3 days. Most of the prime camping spots have rv's in them of people either living or working there. The roads are full of ruts and make it hard to maneuver. The few campers we talked to said they will never camp... Read More

With a little work and updating the facilities, this would be a fantastic campground, but not the way it is now.

When booking the two sites, I failed to tour the campground beforehand, so I am partly to blame. The roads are narrow, pot-holed and difficult for pull behind trailer to maneuver,, (need a few trees cut down as very close to road). The pool is small but clean! Restrooms closest to pool were not very clean, I refused to use them and take our 4 year old granddaughter. The playground was a very long walk from our site, but the restrooms by it were cleaner. WE won't be going back until roads are improved and restrooms cleaned. My sister in law was with us in a pull behind trailer and found it very difficult to maneuver, and her site was too narrow to allow slide out as it was close to next sites campfire. Also, the entire time we were there, there was a wafting aroma of sewer smells, like a sewage pond was overflowing, or serious problems with sewer. The workers were very pleasant, and helpful, and it has a great location for Branson, and Silver Dollar City.
