I just had to let you know how much I enjoyed my stay at Snowy Peaks. The staff are friendly and helpful. The park is well maintained. The showers are hot. The location is excellent. The website needs a bit of updating as one of the things listed is on-site dog sitting that they no longer offer. While this is an older RV park they have a lot of people who have gone there for many years. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend Snowy Peaks! August 2017.

The reason I am giving this park a low rating is for their lack of response to a booking mistake they made. When I arrived to check in I was told that my reservation was for the following weekend, and they only had one premium space for the first night and could take a lesser space for the second. I informed them that I had a brand new RV and needed to test all of its features in a premium space. I stayed the first night and the following morning was told that I didn't owe anything because I had... Read More

I was told that my reservation was for the following weekend, and they only had one premium space for the first night and could take a lesser space for the second. I informed them that I had a brand new RV and needed to test all of its features in a premium space. I stayed the first night and the following morning was told that I didn't owe anything because I had already paid for the first night when I booked.
If I wanted the second night I was offered something else at the posted price.
What was sad for me was that I have stayed here several times in the past 5-6 years and like their park. However, I will not be staying again, given their lack of accomodations for an error on their part.

This campground is a very beautiful one. It is very clean and well maintained. Grass was watered every day and mowed ones a week. Management was very helpful and answered all of our questions about the area and places to see. I will stay here again.

Site has a no refund policy, but this is only stated on a sign when you check-in and not their website registration site or your receipt. They take the full cost of the stay at the time of registration, so you cannot get any refund should you need to cancel or leave early. The sites are nice and wide with good grass, but the campground itself is not very nice. We booked a premium site, but it was not nice at all. Our big back window was overlooking a parking lot of stored RV's (some very old units).... Read More
