We stayed here in a 36" Class A with 4 slides and had plenty of room for our coach. The park is neat and clean with paved roads and concrete sites with grass behind the site. The pool looked very clean and inviting although we didn't use it. The only negative is the train. Because there is a road crossing just outside the park the train has to blow it's horn as it passes through. Luckily it doesn't last long and is actually kind of nostalgic, you don't hear train whistles much any more. This one is pretty loud but short, so if you are very sensitive to noise ask to be placed in a site further away from the west wall.

Ok place to stay. Lots of permanent party and congested parking makes back in difficult. Operator doesn't take credit cards so have a stash of cash ready. Next to mainline for UP railroad, nice for train buffs, however, horns are going to be noticed during your stay.
