This is essentially a trailer park with some transient RVer sites. Check-in people were nice though and they had a resident who led us to our site and helped us back in. They have a good level of activities for residents. The night we arrived was a karaoke performance by a resident. Didn't have very high expectations, but she really was very good. Most of the transient sites back up to Rt 41 (major road) or are in the "overflow" area close to the entrance, also near Rt 41. Lots of road noise 24 a day. Our site was wide and long enough (34' 5th wheel) and we had full hookups, only 30 amp though. Bathrooms are old but OK and clean. Laundry also old and was busy. We made our reservation late and there was not much else available. Location is convenient to shopping and 30-40 minutes to Sanibel and Ft Myers Beach. Would stay here again if necessary, but would try and reserve earlier at a nicer park.
