The staff was friendly. Upon arrival & check-in a staffer guided us to the site & guided while backing in & parking. We were held up by traffic & were going to arrive after closing of the office. After surveying the park in daylight we noted that there were few trees & the sites & drives were crushed limestone & very dusty when vehicles passed. At least half of the sites were occupied by permanent trailers & motor homes, a lot were in rough shape. When we were in the office I asked about this & was told that they were permanent residents & had been grand fathered in. It was quiet while we were there but it was early spring. We will not stay here again.

This campground bills itself as a "no fuss" campground and that's a pretty accurate description. They don't have a fenced dog park, but there is a designated "dog walk" grassy area for the pets. The swimming pool was a nice size and they kept it open until 8:30pm (past the 7pm posted time) when they saw several people still using it, which was very nice. They had a food truck and live music on Friday night, but we were in town so I can't comment on quality. This campground was very reasonably priced and if you're looking for a no frills place with full hook-ups while you're in the area, this campground works. It's about 30 minutes from downtown Nashville, depending on traffic. I wouldn't want to spend days at the campsite at this campground, but as we were there to tour Nashville and visit friends, it was a nice fit for our purpose.

Campground was beautiful but spaces way too small and too close together. They put you in a spot that was too short for your length and barely enough room for slides. Would not stay there again.

First stay at this park, just an overnight. Sites are tightly packed with hook-ups doubled together with the next site. Staff was helpful in getting hooked-up as trailer in next site had slide out blocking the electrical box. Check in was easy with friendly staff. Roads and sites are gravel, sites reasonably level for an overnight. Nice pool ! Not real near the interstate (so no road noise) but easy to get to with good facilities nearby. I stayed there two nights. Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. It was in a nice area of Nashville, within the city limits, so don't expect a lot of scenery. Tight quarters, but very clean and enough room for slides. I was next to a Class A, so there is room. I was very happy there.

I have stayed here number of times and find the staff friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I have stayed at other campsites in the Nashville area, This one isn't real close to the east side of nashville and if your interest is Operaland and environs your best bet is the expensive glitzy parks on the other side of town, if you are interested in seeing Nashville this is the place to stay.

Overnight stay with easy in and out pull-through site. Very clean restroom and friendly and accommodating staff. Will use again.

I'm writing this review mostly because I had read some negative reviews about this campground. I was greeted with lots of smiles, lead to my space, offered assistance setting up, given a 24/7 phone number to call if I hand a problem. His names starts with G, and he is about the best I've seen. Yes, the campground does have a iconic 70's office (No, it doesn't smell old, Yes, it is well stocked). They do have a Friday night band, trash pick-up twice a day, a food truck, great staff and friendly neighbors. I'll be returning there. Thanks

I have been camping for over 37 years all over the US. This was my first time at this location. Front desk was polite and quick, the gentleman who guided me to my campsite had been their for several years and was polite and informative. The office building is around 1970s? maybe and smelled old, but seemed well stocked. I was surprised they could get so many campers into such a small area. I could reach out and touch my fellow camper's units (within 6-10 feet). OK for an over night stay but... Read More

Don't think I will use them again tho, when traveling through.

I came in for overnight stay. a Little confusinig where they put overnight people but had no problems with hookup and I got in late. Next morning woke up with flat tire on trailer. They were so kind and helpful got new tire put on. Had to go buy 2 tires as I'd already put my spare on.. Felt safe though it is not in best part of Nashville. Would not hesitate if I need an overnight spot again.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Accommodated changes to reservations with ease. Was escorted to my campsite. Well maintained. Nice gravel sites. Dog friendly. Very nice park and will definitely stay again. Thanks for a great visit!

This is not a resort, it is a campground. The staff is available 24 hours. I highly recommend this campground.

Definitely would not recommend this place. We don't feel safe. Too many questionable people living here. Our slideout just got hit by someone pulling their van into a non parking spot. We won't be back on our return trip.

We travel due to work and was very hestitant to stay here due to the other negative reviews. HOWEVER, we were pleasantly surprised once we got here. The first site they put us at didn't work so they gave us a site that fit our needs. No, the sites aren't very spacious and they are gravel. The pro of that is no matter how much it rained we never had standing water or mud. The campground is fairly quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pro of that is no matter how much it rained we never had standing water or mud. The campground is fairly quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We experienced a tornado warning very early one morning and called the park host to find out if the office was open. He answered and was already unlocking the office for people at the park to take shelter. The cost of using the laundry amenities is cheaper than other campgrounds we've been to, as well as monthly rates! We do face the door of the trailer beside us, however there's plenty of room in between for both vehicles to be parked, both awnings out, and we were able to make a friend. They have occasional shows in the pavillion and sometimes they have a food truck on the grounds. No this isn't a resort, but don't get discouraged by reading negative reviews. This isn't a bad campground. We've always felt safe and welcome!

I24 is NOT a destination RV park. It is a safe place to stay while visiting the local area. We have family in the area and have been going to I24 for years. If you are looking for a pool, and other fun activities, I24 ain't it. It does have a nice small play area for the grandkids. It has continually improved the condition of the parking spots and the park as a whole since the present owners bought it. I hate star ratings. What might be important to me is different from what others look for. I will say that the women's shower / bath facilities were beautiful & clean! True the park is not the most aesthetically pleasing but it didn't look or feel run down at all. Many inner road spaces are very close as previously mentioned. Hard to park or recreate. We lucked into a site along the outer perimeter fence & had more room & pretty shade cover. Close to level. Very grateful & happy! Spaces around... Read More

So we really just needed an affordable, safe parking space w/ hookups for 2 days while we finished playing tourist in town. This CG fit the bill for us thanks to the discount snice taxes are very high. Easy to locate just off a major road but not noisy. Good night lighting. Well stocked store & other travel amenities. The office staff was extremely friendly & helpful both on the phone & in person. Maintenance men escorted us to our site & were always busy keeping the park clean & running. So definitely not a resort destination or "vacation" CG if that's what you need, but no complaints here! Thank you.

Stayed here on an overnight on a weekend. The ladies at the checkin were very nice. They called a guy who led us to our site. Gave us a pull thru which was very helpful as we were leaving in the morning. I did check out the ladies bathroom. It looked recently remodeled. New tile and fixtures. I didn't care for the fact that the tent site was just outside the ladies room door but if your in a tent that could be handy. This was easy off and on the I-24. Water and electric worked... Water and electric worked good and we had a sewer site so all was good. It is a lot of gravel but to have a good place to stay for one night on a holiday weekend was a blessing. The bigger places in Nashville would not take us for one night even if they had a site. I'm glad I gave my business to these folks. They and the staff were very nice to work with. I would definitely stay here when in the area again.

We stopped at Nashville I-24 for a one night stop in route to our next destination. The individuals there in the office were very friendly and made us feel that we were truly welcome. Campground is mostly permanent residents with units tightly packed in, more of a trailer park than campground. No grass at the sites, only near the office and pool area. We will not return.

The power pedestal did not work after long wait to get to site. Rained and took 1 1/2 hours to get hooked up. Truck and camper hung out into road despite length being stated 2 wks in advance when reservation made. Staff very unorganized.

Very tight sites our first site the slides came right out to the trees. It was 50 amp but no sewer. Moved to another site with sewer and only 30 amp. Entire park is worn out. One trailer had a chain holding on the slide, many full timers. This was maybe the worst place we have stayed. Roads, sites, facilities all need to be upgraded. The sad part is this is a place Amazon offers their camp workers. Had to feel bad for them.

Not much grass to be found to walk our dog. The bathroom (although outdated) was very clean. The campground was not cosmetically appealing. It had a pool and play area, but not real inviting. This whole campground needs to undergo a face lift.
