I stayed here with my son and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was nice and helpful. Due to COVID we were not able to use the facilities but from what I could see they ere in good shape. I love being right off the ocean. The sites themselves were not all that fancy but had the essentials. If you are looking for fancy this is not a resort but a great place to stay and fish. I will defiantly stay here again.

Corpus Christi construction not Puerto del Sol's fault but it made it difficult to get to the park! Nice website! Website sounded great. Big difference when seen in person. Entrance difficult for big rigs. To walk the dog, you have to go offsite. The park buildings are in need of maintenance or replacement. Am still not sure where bathrooms were. Need to be marked. It rained a great deal but on the ocean front our site did not flood. Almost all inner sites were standing water, some... Read More

It rained a great deal but on the ocean front our site did not flood. Almost all inner sites were standing water, some as deep as 5 inches. Water also standing in drives. We were right on the ocean! Had a little dock. To play in the ocean, you need to drive to Dolphin or another beach as access from the park is not on a clean or maintained beach. Would not recommend this park.

interior roads are not paved but sites are pretty much level, registration area is ok. hookups were good lost power three time from the pole and had to get staff to reset, Rain may have caused this. recreation was ok along with fishing . No swimming, security never saw them, laundry facility was clean, store was ok and building maintenance was effective, however there were some units there that need to be removed, with some long stay tenants needing to clean up their sites. Inner slots are cheaper... Read More

Inner slots are cheaper but personnel do not offer them they automatically offer the outside slots which are more expensive. Need to get with city on patching pot holes there was one close to entrance about three foot deep and covered by water.
