The water connection at the site was a mess. The connection is in a hole. My husband had to get down on his knees with elbow deep water to connect. Very difficult. The sites were so close together, we were barely able to put our slides out. We would not have been able to use our awnings if we had wanted to!!!! Our recommendation: don’t stay there.
All Seasons has seen better days. This park needs a makeover as it is very tired and not well maintained. The owners/managers are very nice and caring but not sure they are able to get this place in shape. Bathrooms are clean but need to be updated. Grounds are very overgrown with weeds and not manicured. Many RV spots are field workers who are only there in the evenings so it is quiet during the day. Dog park grass was too high to let my dog use.
Friendly staff, but very cramped. If your awning is open, your neighbors can't be. Water hook up is below ground level making it very hard to reach comfortably. Pet friendly, but extra charge for each pet. One night stay was plenty.
