This is a great park --- you're truly camping, not just parked at a resort. It would have been great to have a hot tub but that's the only thing they lack. We were in #26, the site in one of the photos, and it very comfortably accommodated our 36' Class A and towed car. There is enough space between sites so that you don't feel on top of each other. The laundry room/rec room is utilitarian but efficient. This is a family-owned park that has been around a long time and it has the feel of being nestled into the forest. We would stay here again. Dog friendly, people friendly. No playground for the kiddos, but there are games and puzzles in the rec room.

Nice place, fairly noisey at times. Airport and train tracks very close. Friendly staff.

Run down from what we recall from 3-4 years back. No restrooms or showers. Interior roads have many potholes where they exist, and large sections of just gravel or dirt. Wind was blowing a lot of dust around. Loud traffic noise from HY89 and sirens 24-7. Poor organization of sites except around the perimeter a jumble of sites poorly defined sites in the center. Sites are mostly dirt or a little pea gravel. Common areas are mostly covered with bark chips, dry and dusty. No family activities except maybe a propane grill and horseshoe area not properly set up. Limited laundry facilities in a sort of a wooden rec building with a few paperbacks and puzzles, and dog run out back, loose dirt naturally... Has a mobile home park feeling rather than a RV park. Lots of work trucks, like this facility is popular for long term transient worker living. Some people have put up temporary parking covers of tarps and conduit. Looked like several RVs probably have to be hauled out because they were very old and up on jacks or blocks. There is a walk through gate into National Forest land, lots of unimproved trails ( tracks ), littered with dog manure though, like most people make no effort to pick up after their pets. After a week we saw no maintenance of any kind being done. Weeds growing, dust blowing. Power voltage very low (100-105V in the afternoon-evening, I guess lots of ACs running drag it down. I ran my generator several times it was so low. WiFi pretty weak except at 3 AM. Plan on using your own hot spot. Verizon service is a bar or 2, but not really 4G speed. Good trash service on a couple of dumpsters in a single location. There is a native American archeological site within easy walking distance. A short drive to Flagstaff Mall and shopping, fast food, groceries.

Navigation through the park is a little tight, but this is otherwise an excellent place. Lots of trees (not just an open gravel lot). Close to town. And, best of all, surrounded by National Forest with miles and miles of hiking and biking available directly from the park. Very dog friendly and, of course, plenty of open space in the Nat Forest to walk dogs. Very friendly and helpful staff. Laundry, restrooms and showers were not available, they had not been turned on following freezing temps.

My wife and I stayed at Greer's Pine Shadows RV Park for 7 nights. The park is fantastic. The operators of the park are very friendly and offer any help you might need. The rates real reasonable with Good Sam Club discount. The park is close to Flagstaff with easy in and out access. They are very dog friendly with access to the forest area where there are plenty of trails to walk. I was able to leave my dog off leash in the forest while she played. The pads are a little uneven, but easy to level your rig. Plenty of high Pine trees which gives a nice view of the park. Very quiet at night with friendly people around that live in the park. The park does not have a bath or shower area and the laundry room was closed for the winter. There is a laundry mat about 3 miles into Flagstaff, next to Burger King. The WIFI in our area where we were worked great, but in the other area of the park it was down for repairs. We were there with a 27' pull camper which had plenty of room for our slide out. The TV worked well off our antenna. We would stay here again if ever back in the area.
