We ended up in a shadeless drive thru spot on a 95 degree day, but the place grew on us. Very friendly staff. Nice to walk around and abuts a nature preserve. No pool and a loooong walk to beach. Omly amenity is a small playground here. Wifi good but can be slow. Office restrooms gorgeous. Others older but clean. If you have a bike the Cape Cod rail trail is one mile away. Biggest drawback was cost, at $70 per night for full hook up at peak time plus $4 night per pet. Not a great value, but i understand the state park up the road charges $40 with no hookups.
