When I made my reservation the line was busy but I got a call back within 5 minutes of leaving my message. That explained her customer focus while I was checking-in. Made me feel like the most important person at that time. Easy access and very convenient for an overnight stop, without too much freeway noise. Park roads and parking pads are all gravel but are reasonably level with ample approach space. Centrally located dog park with bags & scoop plus receptacle was welcomed. Power pedestals were in good condition and water facets had good pressure . Although several of the water facets appeared to have plumbing leaks underground as water was seeping out through the gravel pads and drive. I was concerned about the purity of the water so we just used our on-board water supply.

Very friendly staff! Easy to navigate with class A. Spartan grounds and all gravel but very nice overnight stop. Close to interstate but noise not a problem. Will stay here again when passing through Texarkana.

Got to reassigned site and faucet had been removed - so we used additional hose to connect to original site. I am glad it is one night only!.There is a small store in the office with practically nothing so I can even justify calling it a store. Absoutely no shade trees NONE!. All gravel spots with the drives and parking areas in fair condition. The lot next to us has a water pipe that has been hit and not repaired so water is standing. This is what always burns me... The cable is standard only no HD. Really nothing to offer here.

Nice park with excellent service. Nice gravel sites fairly level. Restrooms and showers are excellent and clean. Next to expressway, so truck noise was constant all night. More like white noise except for the louder rigs. I would not let that keep me from staying there again. WIFI was very weak and slow so had to use phone hot spot.

Nice park was here for a stop over and rest. Everything was good, could have had a few more trees for shade. We were near the highway but with air on in trailer it was not a bother to us. Will stay again.

Arrived after closing, with their directions to pick up info. from box. Box was locked, so no info. for wifi or restrooms available Cable TV was very poor, with limited channels and reception. Stopped by at 9:15am (They said open at 8am) to pay, and office was closed. I have stayed here before, with much better conditions.

My stay was excellent, but calling ahead on the phone made me think they had gone out of business. If you call while the front desk is not staffed, the phone rings for about a minute and a male voice comes on and says 'enter your pass-code'. The place is very clean, convenient, and easy to park in for a night or two.

Got in late passing through it was easy to get on and off the highway to the park. Met staff next morning Very helpful. Good wi-fi clean, no trees true but I was there in December don't need them. I was very impressed with the cleanness of the restroom/shower house. Would stay again. Good job Sunrise!!!

Big Rig Friendly Park. Easy on and off highway. Staff Escorts you to your site. Hookups for utilities were as good as it gets. WIFI works very well. Enjoyed the cable TV that was provided. The highway noise would be a problem if you planned activities outside. We had to close the windows to hear our Television. We spent one night here as we passed through the area. I would return again in the future if my travels took me near this RV Park.

I recently stayed at this park for a few days. I found it to be a very well maintained park. Easy access to the park from the highway for travelers and very good access to the sites once you are in there. There is some road noise from the highway in the front row, The description of that noise would be subjective I'm sure. I was in the second row and could hear it but definitely was not obtrusive in any manner. Once inside, it was not noticeable. The bathroom and shower facility was very nice. Excellent condition and exceptionally clean. Wifi was good in my spot. Good water pressure and connections panels are easy to access and in good condition. There is a small store in the office with some supplies. Reasonable and the normal things you would expect to see in a place like that. The manager was very knowledgeable and helpful to me. Nice pool too for the kids. Prices were a little better than some other parks I had checked. All things considered this was the better value for my traveling $$. If I had to pick on any one thing it would be the lack of shade trees. Most assuredly hot on a bright and sunny day. The design of the spots makes it impossible to get the windshield out of the sun but even this can be alleviated with covers. All gravel spots with the drives and parking areas in good condition. No worry getting around with any type of RV unit. Not sure what types of attractions are in the area that would draw travelers in but if you are passing through and in need of a place to stay for awhile, stop on in.
