Appeal Rating Should’ve listened to the other reviewers, spots are WAY too close unless you come every year and get one of the 2 rows of pull throughs. We made a 2 night reservation online and the pictures on the website are deceiving for sure. Upon check in the gal grabbed my paperwork, got a personal call and told them hang on while she proceeded to check me in. Told me to drive around to the spot and that was that. Couldn’t get me gone fast enough. Got to our spot, hooked up cable and 1 channel. Couldn’t get in the bathrooms and nothing on our pamphlet and no WiFi code. Talked to a neighbor who said, oh you have to ask for a cable box ?????Went back to office the following day and asked for a box (apparently you need to know these things) asked about the WiFi password and she said, oh it’s blah blah but only works right outside the office ??asked about the code for the restroom since it wasn’t on our pamphlet and she said oh it on your paid receipt. Again ?????Would it have hurt to spend 2 minutes explaining everything to us since we were new and told her we had never been there before . Needless to say we will never be back and I’ll dry camp in the desert first.

Stayed 3 nights for the balloon festival. Sites are somewhat close as others mentioned, but we had no problem with pull thru or opening 3 slides. Site was level and clean. Didn't use restrooms but laundry room was modern and clean. I liked the location too. Would stay again.

Appeal Rating We stayed at this Resort for six nights. The spots are close together. The pool and hot tub were great, but the bathrooms need cleaning. I tried them in the morning and later in the evening - didn't make any difference. The staff is friendly and would stay here again.

The space was so tight I had to pull all the way foward to be able to pop out my slides and parking my truck was another near impossible task. I couldn't open the RV doors to gain access without moving my truck! I had one inch between my passenger side and the next site. Dirt sites with cement pads which were very much covered with dirt. I was very disappointed Good Sam has always guided us right. Something went wrong on this one.

Appeal Rating This park is a hidden gem. Don't be fooled by the address (Industrial Blvd). Very close to the Lake Havasu Park, restaurants, fishing, boat and jetski rentals, but not the "island" prices. Everyone was very friendly and helpful (they even helped repair a small problem with our RV, no charge) unbelievable! The dog area affords a beautiful view of the lake while waiting for rover to do- We will return here for sure.

We stayed 2 nights Aug 12-13 in a 40' class A towing. Since we had to unhook we picked a sight facing the lake. The sights are very narrow and all hookup are all the way to the back. If you use the parks pull thru for overnight and are towing with a class A, you will still have to drop your tow. The back rows of the park are what seems to be full timers and those rows are a pig sty with junk surrounding there rigs.
