If you're looking for a weekend getaway, this is not it. I'm being generous with three stars. This is full-timers park. The slots are small and stacked on top of each other. The WiFi is pointless. There are zero amenities. The grass was over grown. The guy who mows started mowing on Friday, I inquired to please have him mow our slot. Didn't happen. One of the full-timers across from us had a push mower that we were able to borrow so we could at least try to enjoy being outside (the weather... Read More

Our slot didn't have a picnic table, but were told that a slot across from us was vacated and waiting for the trailer to be moved so we could take it, so my son and I moved it. We didn't use the restrooms, because it was on the other side of the park from us. We had to use the laundry facility which was by was adequate. The overall facility was old and not maintained very well. The one only thing truly positive about this park is it is right next to Berry Springs Park & Nature Preserve, which has great hiking trails and is absolutely beautiful.

We needed a campground and this location was the only place that could accommodate us in Georgetown. We stayed one night. The staff was friendly. We did not use any amenities while we were there because they weren't close by so I gave it a 3 star rating because there was no choice for NA. Wifi was not very good.

Management and staff are mediocre at best. Repeated issues are often reported to management and owners to no avail. The wifi is terrible and never has a strong signal...75% of the time you cant even log on. The office manager has a yappy little dog that barks and snaps at people ALL THE TIME and she keeps it in IN THE OFFICE WITH HER. Though they are pet friendly they do not do anything to make pet owners pick up after their dog. Some dog owners dont even bother carrying bags around with them. There... Read More

There are issues with loud dogs that go unadressed, the trash can in the dog park often overflows with bags of poop because it is not dumped for days at a time and the park floods with EVERY SINGLE rain storm the area gets. You cant walk to your car or even leave your rig without soaking your shoes and feet....every time it rains! There are a few good points like living across the street from a beautiful park and the rates are decent. But at some point a business needs to offer a bit more than mediocre service for modest rates. Nothing ever changes and nothing ever improves. Currently the WiFi has been down for 3 days and they have done nothing about it. Typical of the bad customer service provided by these owners and staff. I would not recommended this place to anyone!

We had to come into Georgetown unexpectedly. When I called they said that they didn't have any pull troughs left. But, she called back and had rearranged a reservation to give us one. Then, we had to stay an extra night for business and our site was promised to someone else. They went out of their way to arrange it so that we could stay without having to move. Above and beyond the call! The park was FULL! Sites are pretty close together, but enough room to not feel sardined in. It was clean and... Read More

Above and beyond the call! The park was FULL! Sites are pretty close together, but enough room to not feel sardined in. It was clean and I felt safe. It is right off the highway, but I didn't hear any traffic. We camped at Berry Springs RV Park in a Motorhome.
