I do not understand the 2 star ratings and did not see comments to back that up. This is a very friendly RV Park. It has become largely park models but they are either quite new or in great condition. The older side has narrow streets but the larger newer side has wider streets. All are paved streets. Many sites are also paved or at least have a concrete patio (except for the pull thru sites). Sites are what I call 3-wide, room for the RV, the patio with picnic table and then 2 vehicles bedside the patio. Many amenities, all clean and well-maintained. Lots of activities in winter and a great community association who run the activities.

Absolutely the worse place I've ever stayed. Utility pedestal is in pieces, wirescut off and just hanging. No wifi or cable, ( extra charge)Piles of dirt and stone as front view with RV storage as your neighbors. This is where park residents walk their dog to the pet run and don't pick up after their pets, piles of excrement all over, hard not to step on one. Road access to this area is extremely narrow hard to make turns with big rigs. Sun Properties should hang their heads in shame trying to pass this manufactured home community off as an RV resort. It is pitiful and disgusting.

This is not an RV park, it is a Park Model park with about 10 spaces for RV's. They were friendly and the park is clean. The amenities are well kept. If looking for a park with other RVers this is not it. The streets are narrow making it somewhat difficult to back into the space. We felt as if we were intruding on the permanent residents. From N 66th street going south it is a little hard to get into as you need to make a U turn at the very long light. The driveway is narrow because there is a Park Model being used as a sales model. It is a gated community, the gates are narrow. While this location served it's purpose for us, if you are looking for an RV experience park, this is not it.
