Office staff was so sweet and helpful with our reservations. She even assisted us with our two beagles by placing us close to the dog walkabout area. Facility is gated, a code is provided to residents, and felt very secure. The restroom facilities appeared newly remodeled with open, handicapped accessible, shower areas and double sink vanities with granite style counters that appeared to be cleaned daily. Shower areas had curtains for privacy which was a plus. Toilets were separate stalls for... Read More

Shower areas had curtains for privacy which was a plus. Toilets were separate stalls for privacy and there were two dressing areas. Pool area was nice and even though we were right next to it, there was NO crazy noise level or unruly individuals in the pool area. Very well manicured landscaping and the grass was being mowed the morning we were leaving. We do not have children so I cannot speak to the amenities for kids however, the beautiful beaches of Biloxi are within a mile or two and provide so much fun. We saw jet ski's, umbrellas, and water floating devices for rent all along the beach and the sand was obviously manicured to remove any debris that washes up. Very pleasant stay and we will use them again on our return trip.

We stayed here the first week of December, was kind of cool, but the pool was nicely heated, to about 80 degrees or so it felt. One of the few parks where they say the pool is heated and it really was. The park is fairly new, very well kept up, and clean. We found it to be about 2/3 occupied, so no one was on either side of us. The space was not huge, but was nice, and we had no trouble backing in our 40 foot motorhome, and park the car in the front of it. There pull thru spaces seemed to be... Read More

There pull thru spaces seemed to be easy in and out, but yes if you have a longer rig you will have to disconnect. Except for one older motor home, the rigs were all newer models, which was nice not to have to look at some run down trailers. Shopping and dining all within 5 miles, ocean 2 miles, and plenty of Casino's if that is your thing. We are looking to possibly return and stay for next winter here

The property is tight and the sites are short. Just enough room for are 34-foot 5th wheel and F350. Removing the stumps of the palm trees would be helpful. WIFI is poor; system needs upgraded to handle volume. Laundry was sufficient. Lawn furniture in the open grassy area in front of clubhouse would be nice on these wonderful spring days. The park's location to attractions in Biloxi and surrounding Gulf front towns is ideal. We stayed a week. I would return; however, it would be a short stay; not... Read More
