This park is very difficult to get to from I-44, likely due to current construction. Google maps changed my height checked arrival route while we were driving which caused some stress as to height clearance for our big rig, but all went well. It's located in an industrial area, so not a pretty section of Tulsa. Once we arrived we were appalled at the condition of this park there's trash all over from the permanent residents and no one seemed to take pride in their property. The streets need... Read More

The streets need to be swept to remove dead grass from mowing. Tree limbs fallen in our site. Our electric outlet wouldn't connect properly so I had to use the opposite box thankfully there wasn't anyone in that spot. I was surprised the office closed at 4:00 pm (we arrived at 4:15) but our check-in paperwork was posted on the after-hours board, so all good there. Generally, this could be a pretty park if management and residents wanted it to be, but it's so in need of heavy maintenance that I doubt it will ever be nice under current ownership. We will not stay here again.

Great close in location to the city. Very quiet park. Mostly permanent residents but that makes for a quieter park. Very clean pool, and large. Shaded spaces for the most part and larger than usual space between sites. Fairly easy on / off the interstate. Very nice city bike / jogging trail across the street, goes on for miles, wooded south on the trail. Highly recommend. No cable at our site anyway, but in Tulsa over the air we got at least 35 stations.

Could be a really nice park sites just need some major renovation (i.e., electrical, sewer, water, inoperable cable), and lots of upkeep/maintenance.

We have stayed here before. I feel the park has been mediocre at best. We have stayed here before because it is near our family we are visiting. However I am not sure we will return again. The grounds were in severe need of mowing. The dog park was overgrown and difficult to pick up after the dogs. The area outside the dog park needed mowing. Our site was extremely overgrown. We called and requested it be mowed the morning after our arrival (on Tues. we called) The lady in the office said she would... Read More

We explained I was handicapped and on crutches and had difficult maneuvering in long grass. Mid afternoon my husband went to office and again requested it be mowed. The office attendant said the maintance man would get to it as soon as he could. This is Weds. night and it still has not been mowed, even though common ground across the road has been mowed. We leave Thurs. morning (tomorrow). The entire park is in need of mowing except for the spaces occupied by full time occupants. The playground is also overgrown.
