This is a large campground. Not sure how many sites are short-term, as it appears many have been on site for years and years. Campers are tightly packed. There are NO pull-throughs and the facility description states that clearly, but we missed it. The description suggests a solid WIFI system capable of streaming. Not so. It is very, very slow, and, I emphasize, we were here in the OFF SEASON. Since it is the off-season, the outside/indoor pools are closed. The indoor pool is open on weekends. The outdoor pool is HUGE, nearly pond size. Probably their best feature. Their web site describes an exercise facility. Yes, they have one. It is in the indoor facility which is open on weekends only (off-season). We did get the chance to check it out: very small & musty smelling. Don't think it gets used much. The weights are quite rusty. On a positive note: the location is great. This is a nice part of PA. Plenty of restaurants in a range of prices. Access to Farmers Markets and things like the 9/11 Memorial, Frank Lloyd Wright homes, etc. If we're ever back in the area, we would choose a different campground facility. Finally: serious grocery stores are 30 min away or more. They do have local markets/general stores. Food item availability is limited.

This campground leans heavily towards "seasonal" campers. The majority of the campground contains trailers permanently set up with add on decks, and lawn ornaments. Most of the folks using their seasonal campers have golf carts which they use to get around. If you are looking to get away to some peace and quiet, this definitely isn't for you. However, if you are interested in parking a camper for 20-30 years and using it every summer while going to the pool, this may be for you.
