the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
The staff was friendly and the park was very clean.
The river water area was lots of fun for both me and my small child.
We used the laundry facilities, and have nothing but nice things to say about the staff and park.
There is a local Wal-mart with-in walking distance and many fast food places in the area.
It is also close to nice restaurants downtown and casinos if that is in your plans.
We will stay again in the future.
Thanks to the Staff
Arrived on Friday, electrical issue at first site, so had to move to the only available site left. just about all sites are permanent residents with no rules for them to follow. condition of park was very poor, old, park roads in need of repair, old electrical service, just needs some TLC and an owner who cares about his property(RV Park) Needs some capital improvements Just not a place a would visit again or recommend to anyone to stay here. it just not a rv park it is a trailer park.
The office, restrooms and laundry were very nice and the staff was quite helpful. However the park itself is lacking and needs some attention. Cracked concrete and holes in the asphalt, litter here and there and very full trash bins in just a few days. There only seem to be 3 spaces available for travelers, the rest being occupied by residents. The WiFi is spotty. The positives are a wonderful, huge dog park and Walmart is around the corner.
