A hidden gem. Clean and quiet. Friendly neighbors. Freeway close. Shopping close by. Next CSUFresno graduation, we will be here.

An older RV park, mainly populated by long term residents. Mainly back in spaces, but plenty of space for maneuvering. Lots of trees, most will hit your roof accessories if you try to get under them too far. Most spaces looked fairly level. ours had evidence of heat effect to the asphalt portion we had to set up on, and some of the cement area adjacent showed some significant heave and cracking. Easy to use hook ups. Restrooms are very aged, and are cleaned daily. Did not use the showers, but shower... Read More

The park and residents are quiet and friendly. Not much for kids to do. some traffic noise on a busy Friday night, as well as law enforcement helicopters overhead 2 nights. The office is open 8 am to 5 pm M-F, closed 12 to 1 for lunch. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall, we are pleased to stay here when visiting our kids, and their guest rooms are full.

The park is between a 6 lane main road and a 6 lane highway. We like to sleep with the windows open and you can hear everything. We were even at the very back of that park. It's obvious they cater to the clients that live there. Bigger spots, nice shade and away from the public restrooms and trash dumpsters

I spent a week here. The restrooms were clean, Being on a busy street it was quiet. There are trees and the grounds were kept clean. Would stay here again if I'm in Fresno

Been here a week. Last minute arrival. Original place messed up reservation. This one accommodated last minute three week stay. Restrooms look clean with shower in it. Have not used as I am in an MH with decent shower. This park is clean and quiet. Spouse feels comfortable. Would stay here again.

We have stayed here twice now and it is a very nice clean park. Its very quiet, well maintained, and has lots of shady spots. Its in the middle of town and has many restaurants nearby. We stayed in the back of the park, which we recommend because it feels like your in a campground and not in town. We will definitely stay here again.

Good place to stay! Large level sites, close to shopping and a good base for exploring the surrounding area (Yellowstone, Bass lake, etc).

Nice quite area, but, restrooms are terrible. Not sure how Good Sam rates, but, needs to visit their sites to see first hand
