Come in and enjoy friendly staff, great park for the kids, even a pool... (all of this during COVID). Park was kept clean and staff was observed cleaning multiple times a day. This park is a seasonal spot for many but the layout has it that weekenders don't feel like they are being over taken by seasonal crews. Staff was very helpful at modifying our stay, and our family did enjoy every minute of our stay here. 5-6 Minute walk to the beach, 7 min bike ride to the dunes and a 30 min bike ride to downtown/Irving arboretum. This is definitely a spot that we will return To.

We stayed here for two nights just after the Labour Day Weekend. Obviously we missed the crowds by doing so and that was our intent. The staff/owners are great to deal with. They were working on their 30AMP pull thru's and the owner recommended the new 50 amp area. This is a new area to the campground and the lots are big and private with trees between each site. The campground was very quite and you're far enough off the road to reduce any traffic noise, but it's a pretty quiet area to begin with. The pool was clean and refreshing and the beach is just a 10 minute walk down the road. There's bike/hike trails right in the park and lots of playground equipment for the kids. Golf is also nearby and I'd highly recommend checking out the Irving Nature Park and the Dunes Park - both only minutes away. We will definitely go back to this campground. At the time of writing this review, the GoodSam site doesn't list the campground as a Good Sam member park but they do honour the 10% discount. Glad I asked.
