It was really nice to be able to drive through and not have to back the RV. We enjoyed being so close to the Intercoastal Waterway. Such a wonderful place to watch the sailboats, fishing boats, and yachts go by from our RV window and in the evening we took a bottle of wine to the dock and sat was watch the moonlit water and boats go by. The January and February weather has been so nice we were able to put our boat off at the ramp that is located on-site and rode up and down the waterway. We actually rented a slip so we wouldn't have to bring up the boat every day, We just jumped in and took off! When we came back, we washed and dried our clothes in the bathhouse (much larger than the one in our RV). The showers are complete yet but will be in the next few weeks. Overall, rating is a 5. I can't wait to come back and see what improvements made. Facility rating 4. The bathhouse wasn't completed but could tell it would be very soon, The drive-through, ramp, dock, laundry was convenient. Restroom rating 3. Not completed when we were there but will be soon. Appeal rating 4: Location! Location! Location! The construction was my only negative.
