Appeal Rating What a gem to find! This is a five star RV resort with every amenity available to modern campers including a huge water park for your kids, mini golf, hot tub, private cabanas around the heated pool and hot tub area, on site restaurant, billiards, mini bowling alley, amusement room, fitness center, digital cable tv, strong WiFi, paved patios, brick campfires, first class comfort stations with laundry facilities plus free shuttles to close by Myrtle Beach and shopping outlets! We originally booked this campground for our trip home after the winter months but checked it out on our way down south and decided to stay for our whole snowbird winter! We have never stayed in such a nice campground before. Great staff too!

While this is a nice new clean RV park and looks really good, it is still under construction, more than when we thought it would be when we booked. When everything is open it will probably be great, but I can still see the potential for crowding at the amenities with the amount of sites and cabins they will have opening. When we booked the site advised that all amenities minus the lazy river would be open August 1st. We booked based off of that, and right before we went noticed the site changed it to say August and not give an exact date anymore. Didn't think anything of it at the time, but when we got there we found out the waterpark, mini golf, mini bowling, and arcade were not open. I brought my son to enjoy all of these things and none were available and we still payed full price. They are also listed as a Good Sams park and they refused to give us the discount for that. It will definitely be really nice when completed, though I hope they add more pools for the amount of sites they plan on having. Also, the beach club is really nice that they shuttle you to, but again, the club is not big enough to handle the amount of people they will have once all the sites are open. Right now it's just section A and the area where the cottages are located with some RV sites there as well. Section C is not open yet and has a lot of sites in there, not to mention when they start phase 2 and 3, which adds even more. I contacted them about the amenities and the discount so I hope they make this right.

Appeal Rating While still under construction, the amenities and facilities are first class. This will be one of the premier RV destinations on the east coast. The main entertainment center is already great and completion is close on a full service snack bar, billiards room, meeting rooms, large exercise room, and the adult and family pools are currently open. There are very generously sized cabins available with nice grills, deck chairs, and a great bathhouse/laundry close by with lighted basketball and pickle ball courts. The Phase 1 RV complex is open, includes a bathhouse/laundry/comfort station for awaiting campground provided transportation to/from a private beach (no pets), another family pool with handicap access to a separate sitting pool (outstanding feature for the handicapped), concrete pull-throughs, and gravel back-ins with a concrete pad for picnic table. Pull through sites are graded fore to aft but level side to side. Each includes first class 30/50 amp service, cable connection (with large number of cable channels), sewer hookups, and a nice fire pit. Sewer hookups tend to be slightly above concrete pad grade resulting in uphill sewer line runs - hope management corrects this at some point in Phase 1 and takes that into account in Phase 2. Stayed 3 very enjoyable nights using many amenities. Have stayed in a large number of campgrounds cross country - this one is/will be at the top of the list.
