On arrival, we were initially impressed by the facility. Interior road is concrete as are parking pads. Infrastructure appeared to be new and there was both a playground for kids and an enclosed off lead dog area. Unfortunately, no one warned us that the water pressure was (we later learned) approximately 120 pounds which ruined both a water pump and a fill selector valve. We later found out that this is a standing problem that long-term residents all know about. But it was not mentioned in several phone conversations before we arrived or during check-in. The management made no offer to accept responsibility or even apologize for not warning us of a known problem. Some of the sites are difficult to maneuver into with a 40 ft coach and towed vehicle due to poor placement of utility poles. This appears to be primarily a long-term residential park. There were too many incidences of dogs not complying with leash rules which sets up the potential for dangerous incidents. The failure to fix known problems that appear to routinely damage coaches and travel trailers should result in an unsatisfactory Good Sam rating until the water system is fixed.
