The location is perfect, it was close to Mount Rushmore and within walking distance of food and shops. The bathrooms were closed so they say due to Covid although every campground we've been to so far from New York to South Dakota has been open. The sites are extremely tight, it was difficult to maneuver in and out, we couldn't even open our awning because of a light pole that was part of our site. Campers next to us pulled in with a pop up and there wasn't even enough room for a separate tent so they left.

While the overall location is great - just 5 minutes Mount Rushmore and which you could see from different areas on the property - it felt we were parked in their parking lot and our spot was right next to the hotel. We had a large pull thru site with gravel and grass. Also the sewer hook up was literally right under/next too the fresh water line hook up. The bathrooms and showers were average, old and could have been cleaner- with spiders, webs, dust and dirt in the corners. The shower benches were old. They charge a key deposit for the bathrooms so be sure to return those before you leave. The location is right in town and a little hard to spot but I think they are fixing their sign. Lots of food and shops within walking distance.
