A good example of a typical county fairgrounds campground. Fairground staff were friendly and helpful they didn't even blink when we all discovered I'd made a mistake with my reservation -- they fixed it right away. Electric and water at the campsite worked just fine. The grass campsite was solid, dry and level. No sewer at the site, but a dump station was nearby nd easy to access. Don't expect a pool, shuffleboard courts, basketball hoops, or other activities -- remember this is a county fairgrounds... Read More

Don't expect a pool, shuffleboard courts, basketball hoops, or other activities -- remember this is a county fairgrounds -- but what is there is well done and well maintained. I would stay there again. Fair warning (sorry, bad pun): check the county fair schedule -- this will be a busy place that one week of the year!
