We were here for a week, and would have stayed longer, if we were able. Great RV Park, run by really nice staff, in the middle of incredible views in just about every direction (right from the park). The staff were extremely helpful and right on with their recommendations for eating, hiking, local drives, sightseeing, etc. We'll be back next year, if at all possible!!

If you don't mind staying in a construction zone this park is for you. This park will be very nice when it's finished. We had planned to stay a week but when we arrived and saw the park we decided to shorten our stay. The dog park has grass which our dogs love but there is no where for the humans to sit while the dogs play, no shade and no container to deposit poop bags. We were only able to find one dumpster for the entire park. The park does not fly an American flag.

We stayed here for 2 nights in a 38' fifth wheel. The construction is still on- going, but the row they had us on (we were in space 24) had nice grass. The utilities are also n the middle of the space, so pick your location to park. The spots are in a staircase and pretty level. All spots are gravel/ dirt, and my 2 dogs loved playing in all the sand in the park. The laundry was just opened, but we did not use it or the showers. Did use the wifi, not bad during the day, but really slows down in the... Read More

They have their own row, and for our stay were quiet. Across Hwy 12 is a multi-agency visitor center for the monument and Dixie forest. Lots of four wheel drive trails in the area and the folks at the visitor center can help you find some beautiful drives. We'll definitely be staying here again our next time thru.

The Grand Staircase Resort was a great place to stay. It's location is wonderful and the view right there in the resort is GREAT! It was fun watching the deer come right by our trailer almost every day. We'll be back for sure. Convenient to town as well, within walking distance.

We stayed 4 days they had just opened. There was still construction going on. The owners and management were so nice and helpful, they went out of their way to accommodate us. The bathroom and showers were very clean we were the first to use them. Have them tell you how they got them there. Next time we pass through that area we will definitely stay there. I want to camp there when the park is completely finished. The rv spots are level, wide, and long. I definitely recommend this park.
