The scenic, but slow, drive to Angel Fire was worth it. This was the third park we stayed during our Great Circle trip. We stayed at a total of 12 parks during this trek. This park was never equaled. It is an exceptional park in a beautiful part of the world. The park has views every way you look. The mountains and meadows in the area are enhanced by the landscaping and layout of the RV park. The attention to detail is unusual for an RV park. The walking trail around the park is filled with wild flowers and one section has whole colony of prairie dogs that you can watch. The clubhouse is large and comfortable and the park has numerous activities every day, including live music, cotton candy, ice cream and nightly gatherings to just sit by the firepits. One night they had wagon rides with the horses across the street. The sites were generous concrete spaces with grass and a functioning picnic table. Every site had a view to enjoy. Angel Fire had many outdoor activities and Taos was about 40 minutes away. Eagles Nest and the Veterans Memorial were unexpectedly interesting and worth an afternoon. But, sitting at the park was very relaxing and we opted out of going to Taos and Santa Fe to just enjoy the RV park. There is a grocery store and a couple restaurants nearby. (about 3 miles). The grocery store had an unusual selection of wine for a small store. The staff was friendly and helpful. Internet and phone service is limited, but they do have wifi in the clubhouses. My Jet pack did not work. My only complaint, which the park cannot control, is that it rained almost every day we were there. This is not reflected in their score. Even with the rain, I would return to this park.

Stayed 7 nights in May. Large concrete pads and all pull thrus. Even had a couple "Buddy" sites if traveling with friends. They're planning in near future to build tiny cabins for those that want to visit but don't own an RV. One of the nicest RV parks we've ever stayed at! The facilities were OFF the chart nice! Unfortunately we did not get to enjoy most of them due to Covid19. But we checked them out while there. You could have a wedding in their community building it is that nice! Several... Read More

Unfortunately we did not get to enjoy most of them due to Covid19. But we checked them out while there. You could have a wedding in their community building it is that nice! Several fire pits! Learned to play pickle ball while there too! People that worked there were super nice! SO enjoyed our stay! We paid extra $10/night to get a Mountain view spot and I thought it was worth it! I absolutely LOVED this RV Park and will come back! Saw the most amazing sunset - looked like the sky was on fire! Now know how Angel Fire got it's name! Saw elk & a coyote at night in the distance.

We have stayed in A LOT of RV parks unfortunately, many of them dumps! But, I have to say that this facility is top notch! Crem dela crem! It is a little pricey, but so worth it! It's a 'gated community' and they seem to really take pride in their facility very well groomed with wild flower gardens skirting the outer edges of the property. ...and NO permanent RVs with skirting! It's very quiet (on the edge of the forest) and we were fortunate enough to be there during the full moon and the... Read More

Beautiful! Absolutely beautiful! I wish we could have stayed longer to take advantage of all its amenities! There are activities each night in the club houses and I wish we could have attended as they sounded like fun! You will not go wrong by choosing this park!

We stayed at Angel Fire RV Resort in Angel Fire NM. This is a new park with lots of space between rigs. Our class A leveled out nicely. The sites are pull thru, and easy to navigate on paved roadways and concrete pads. The park offers a lovely club house with TV and firepits. The laundry building has shower rooms. There is a large hot tub but no pool. The dog park is conveniently located in the middle of the park, and has beautiful turf grass for the doggies to run and play. Loved it...

Lots of room between sites. Nicely landscaped. Large concrete pads. Great wifi access. Water cut off at times with no explanation. Need shortcut steps up to hot tub area through landscaping.

This was definitely one of the very best campgrounds we have ever stayed in. Clean as a pin, very nice people, large sites with plenty of room for both people and pets. Would highly recommend.

We stayed over the July 4th Holiday 2015. Great place with ample space and clean facilities. Very helpful staff and many amenities yet to be built. It was during the rainy season so they were prevented from completing much of the work to finalize the park

We stayed Labor day weekend and were very pleased with the park. The people were very friendly and helpful. The park landscaping is still being finished but the paved roads and concrete pads were excellent!!! The cable service did not work but we were told it was being fixed. Very clean and nice shower and restroom facilities. Close access to all of the enchanted circle. Will definitely stay at this park next season.

This a new RV Park and will be a State of the Art facility. Mud in July was a big problem. A lot of rain has prevented landscaping from being finished. Wifi was not working at all.
