Not a terrible place to stay. This is a very basic park with gravel sites and not a lot of frills. The WiFi is better than most RV parks. Very good 50 amp hook-ups. Very close to the entrance to Great Basin NP. The town of Baker does not have much to offer, besides an overpriced gas pump, Post Office, and a couple of restaurants which we did not try. We would stay here again.
We appreciated that this RV park was so close to the National Park. The Manager was very friendly and we enjoyed our stay at Whispering Elms. The spaces are gravel and ours was a little un-level but nothing the leveler system couldn't handle. The WiFi was decent and you can get major TV networks OTA with your antenna. Full hookups, nice staff, decent WiFi and close to the National Park get this a thumbs up. It may look a little rough when you pull in but it is a nice park and we enjoyed our stay. Read More

Stayed there while visiting Great Basin National Park. We were unable to get a campsite in the park since two of the campgrounds in the park were closed. Overall the folks running the park were very friendly and helpful. The men's bathroom could have used a paint job but according to my wife the women's bathroom was great. The park is pretty much all gravel with some trees for shade. We would stay here again if needed.
The people were very friendly and helpful. While we were there a very big wind storm came up. Lots of people towing trailers were getting off the freeway, and lady running this park was putting people and their trailers everywhere she could, not turning anyone away. We would stay there again!
