The place sucks, no tissue in th restrooms, or paper towels. No rec room. No activities what so ever. They overcharge in the electric. Lie to the residents. Raise rates with no notice. Stayed there from October 2015-April 2016. If I could give the place a -10 star I would.

The Good Sam info is fairly accurate, WIFI in office only, toilets are free, showers are pay. Typically no TP in Restrooms. Laundry Room OK, machines are top loaders, work OK. There is a limited rec hall. The main rec hall has been rented out to another business. The small rec hall has a pool table & room for coffee and donuts once a week. The hot dog roast we attended was very pleasant. The event was organized by long term residents, paid for by the money they receive from al can & plastic... Read More

The hot dog roast we attended was very pleasant. The event was organized by long term residents, paid for by the money they receive from al can & plastic bottle collection. Hassler's was not involved in the event. The monthly rent was very reasonable, electricity cost was .19 per kilowatt, we paid .15 in the Huston area. Do not know if other parks in Quartzsite were charging a similar amount for electricity. There were a number of large cactus and art created by metal working which were very nice looking.
