Very nice facility with sparkling clean restrooms. Gravel sites were reasonably level. Staff was very helpful. Cable TV worked fine. Only negative is that Wifi was spotty and most of the time not accessible.

Fantastic park. We only stayed here one night, but regret not spending more time at the park and the area. Primarily a seasonal resort, but plenty of sites for short term stays. Our site was a large pull through with plenty of room between each site. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The amenities were outstanding and the price reasonable with a Good Sams discount. In addition, a shuttle that will take you to/from the beach literally stops at the park. Upon arrival, we took the shuttle to the beach, which is spacious and very nice. We loved every aspect of our stay in Old Orchard Beach and this park. Will definitely return.

This campground could be an 11 out of 10 except it doesn't have a fenced dog park. The camp staff if very friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautifully maintained. The sites are large, gravel and level. There appears to be 3 different parking areas (1) with some seasonal campers and some open pull-thrus this area doesn't have trees around the sites (2) specific area for park model full-timers and a (3) beautifully treed area for the rest of us. Bathrooms looked brand new and spotlessly clean. There was a playground and a pool. As far as we our concerned can't get much better.

Absolutely amazing campground. Well kept, and clean. Very quiet and very family friendly. Loved the week there and will definitely return in the future. Top Rated.
