I've been staying at this park since 2015 and Never again. Their rates are way out of line and they now require a two night minimum stay, It's also been taken over by long term temporary workers or whoever. And they have disconnected accepting Good Sam or FMCA so no discounts.

I would say this campground is decent, not the best I've been in but certainly not the worst. Majority of the sites belong to permanent or long-term campers with what appeared to be very few "overnight" sites. The bathrooms were well maintained and clean, and I would say the park in general is well maintained. The biggest drawback is the location in proximity to the Memphis airport which is a very large FexEx hub location so there is much airplane traffic over the campground; however, mostly during the day with very few to no flights that we heard overnight or at least until around 4am. The nice thing is proximity to Beale Street (less than 30 minutes) and Tunica (less than 45 minutes). We did a lot of sightseeing and didn't spend much time in the campground. With those items in mind, this was a decent campground for the price as the price was less than many in the Memphis area with more amenities, but if sightseeing is your main goal, the amenities are just extras you pay for and don't utilize. There is no pool or playground, so really not a campground for entertaining the children. All-in-all, I would recommend this campground for those looking primarily for a place to park with full hookups and days spent entertaining yourself out and about in the area.

Small RV park , right in flight path of airport, so light sleepers will notice the noise. Staff was super, helpful and friendly. We found the Wi-Fi to be strong and fast. TV cable reception was poor, but this might have been due to lousy weather. We stayed 4 nights in a 38 ft Itasca w/tow, pull-thru site was adequate. We will stay here again when in the Memphis area, as this park is close to shopping and attractions.

small, but convenient RV park. Park is a little tight, but worth the effort (we have a 35' motor home with a tow). Right off the highway, but kind of hard to find...look for a small sign that says RV Park. convenient (12-15 miles) to Memphis, TN and everything Memphis! We would stay here again!!
