Website photos are misleading. Management is shady & rips people off. Fire Ants and leaves are everywhere. Park is not secure. Pool was green ,.

I stayed at this park for an extended period due to work in the area. At first glance, it seems well kept and seems adequate for comfortable living. The sites are VERY tight, I could hear my neighbors every move. The pool is indoor, and there is no sundeck at all. Showers & bath house are clean, but old and not easy for disabled people. The sites are VERY tight, I could hear my neighbors every move. The pool is indoor, and there is no sundeck at all. Showers & bath house are clean, but old and not easy for disabled people. The laundry facilities are small, but have convenient debit swipe cards. Any "events" that are provided (I saw 3 in 10+ months) are chintzy - with the very least done by management. Sewers in the back smell often. Power surges were also an issue, but water pressure was great. Rates will change on a whim, and the new rates for the 2017-2018 season are NOT a good value. Other parks charging these rates have way more to offer. **The biggest issue with this park is the management's attitude. NOT FRIENDLY.** I have seen repeated abuses by management toward guests, both long and short term. If you have kids, find another place as they will be followed and harassed by mgmt. If you annoy them for any reason, like breaking any of the ever growing list of rules (think Stalag 13), you will become subject to retaliatory actions. I have seen neighbors video taped, mgmt will creep around your site looking for dog waste you might have missed, and they selectively enforce the rules depending on their mood that day. They are abusive to the work campers and order them around like slaves, often in front of the guests. I cannot even list all the unkind and ridiculous actions they have taken over the time I was there. If you are looking for a fun, relaxed campground, GO ELSEWHERE. Until the current management is gone, I will not return to this park.

Not a good place to stay. The Manager breaths over your shoulder for anything you do. His words are DID YOU READ THE SIGN? Leaf blower every morning, like a wake up call. Sites are not nice, small and very close to each other. Pool is tiny inside a porch with a low ceiling. Nice area only around the office.

Family had excellent time. Good people going out of their way. Great dog walks but demand picking up after pets. No problem, no one stepping in poop, everyone happy. Wonderful WARM heated pool, during winter in FL a rarity. Plenty of cold heated pools. This one warm and great. Lots with trees and somewhat roomy especially for FL. Definitely recommend and plan to return often.

It is a small park which makes for a very nice community. And that is the essence of the park - a nice community. The managers who happen to be from Ohio like me, are real workers and keep the place in great shape. It is an older park which explains why it is inside the city limits and which means it is very conveniently located to shopping, etc. Despite the fact it is older it is in excellent shape and well maintained.
