We found this park via the Good Sam website and made our reservation online for a 35' long 5th wheel. When we arrived the spaces are first-come-first-served, and we were told to drive around and find a spot that didn't have cones blocking it. First spot we pulled into didn't have cones or any visible occupants, but then another party showed up and said the site was reserved. 2nd spot ended up not being long enough for our 5th wheel. The staff couldn't tell us which available spots would be long... Read More

The staff couldn't tell us which available spots would be long enough for our 5th wheel, and with 2 small kiddos I couldn't drive around to every spot and measure to see if we would fit. We were very close to just turning around and going home. Eventually found a spot and squeezed into it. It was stressful. Only some spots have wi-fi access, and you apparently don't know this until you pick a spot. Clubhouse does have wi-fi, but we haven't tried it as most things are closed due to COVID. Overall appeal is quite low, doesn't seem to be kept up nicely. I really think that for a Thousand Trails branded/membership park that the reservation system should be more organized such that you at least know that there is a site available that will fit your rig. There are other more organized parks in this area that we will go to in the future.

Spent 10 days in one of the cottages. The sound of the waves crashing on the beach could be heard 24/7! The trees and the beach, what more could you want?! PROS: Location! House cleaning, gift shop staff. Indoor pool (good) and spa (bad). Cinnamon rolls, BBQ, Breakfast. Newer furniture in cottage. CONS: No cabins that are ADA compliant. Against law. Not all cabins have ovens, Need convection/micro No drawers in bath or bedrooms.... Read More

Enjoyable park. Park facilities are nice. Only drawback is some of the sites are small. They are first come first serve. Could present a problem if checking in prior to a busy summer weekend.
