We stayed here in May 2022 and when we checked in I asked if we get a Good Sam discount since we are members, they said no. They do not honor Good Sam memberships anymore. So why are they still listed?? Overall though, the park was extremely nice and well maintained. People were nice and had a great time.

***** size and overall BAD warning for Foley/Elberta AL resort ***** First, Happy Memorial weekend to all! My husband is a 33+ year USAF vet and we (myself and 10-year-old daughter) had reservations at this campground we stayed at 2 times before when it first opened a few years ago. Well, I guess the place sold and we got there to check in and you have to be 28 feet or longer and 10 years or newer (got the second part) to stay there. I guess I should have read better. I have seen class A only campgrounds... Read More

I have seen class A only campgrounds but man, check closely it can be by length now too. We tried to plead our case to stay even one night to rest and leave in the am and nope. Would not budge. Off you go small people. We drove home and unpacked. So, read the fine print even if the website says they take class Cs. It’s on me but they could have been nice and let us stay one night. They knew we would not be able to find a spot on Memorial weekend. It was a terrible experience to have to leave our other friends who are still there this weekend and have to come home. Lesson learned but this may spare y'all. Staff and management were the worst we have ever had in our travels since 2016. Our rig: 2016 Winnebago View * Other fun facts to note: I was able to make the reservation online with our RV just fine without any alerts about size. The system gave me my confirmation like normal. When we got to check-in, the front desk staff told me I put 28 feet on the reservation and showed me where someone had handwritten 28 on the paperwork...with a pen. I would have not written 28 from the computer. I would not have put in our length wrong, period. We are good RV people. They also kept our one night of $99 since we canceled the reservation or could not check in.

We checked in and was escorted to our site (premium site 58) by the camp host. the next day we received a call that the office's phone was "blowing up" that a Super C was camping in a premium spot. Interesting that when we were checked in, all of the people in the office were saying our gorgeous our rig is! We immediately checked out, they refunded the balance due (minus the one night and a $35 cleaning fee.. we weren't there for more than 12 hours so why charge a cleaning fee?? ) for the rest of... This park went above and Beyond! We had to evacuate Florida because of hurricane Irma and stayed at this park for several days. During our stay the park staff and residents made us feel very welcome. I would highly recommend this park.

This is an awesome RV resort. upon arrival they had parking assist/escort to your site. The grounds and the pool area is beautiful. Just a short drive (less than 30 minutes) to the gulf, Mobile, and great restaurants. Less than 1 minute to golf. Everyone was friendly and more than willing to accept you and help in any way. We will be going back.

This is a new site and very scenic. Our site faced their lake. If it hadn't rained the whole time we were there, we could have enjoyed the facility more. The 'bath house' was a single shower, toilet & sink - one for men & one for women. While it was exceptionally clean, however, we were surprised that it was so small given the size of the site. The pool, clubhouse, and laundry room were all very nice. In addition, they are adding an exercise room and other features to the grounds. While we... Read More

While we did not participate in the activities, they have many different things for their guests to do. We will come back when it isn't raining and try out their golf course. As an aside, getting around at night was a little difficult. While they had street lights, corners were not lit.
