Appeal Rating My family and I rented two Shelters and to our surprise upon arrival the Shelters were extremely dirty and smelt terrible. The mattress pads in both Shelters were disgusting, vomit, dirt and not sure what the rest was. We did bring our own linen, But no way was I going to sleep on that. My wife spoke to the front desk to inform them of the condition of the Shelters. A lady and young boy came with cleaning supplies to clean them. They removed all the mattress pads from both Shelters to have them washed and put back on. I would think this should have been done in advance. There was trash left around both Shelters. We were there approximately an hour trying to find somewhere else to stay while my wife got our refund. My wife told them there was no way we could stay in the Shelters and she thanked them for the refund and left. We also left a review on trip advisor were the owners stated these were false claims and even made false claims against us. Remember if the Shelters were clean there would have been no need to come with cleaning supplies or have the mattress pads washed.

Appeal Rating First, the good. Nice large sites with plenty of room for a big rig. Some sites are paved. Full hookups work well. Lots of trees and shade. Price is high but not compared to the other parks in this NP area. Now, the negative. WiFi is spotty at best. It doesn't work all that great in the morning or evening. During the day when use is light, its fair. Don't depend on it. The bathrooms have NO towels to dry your hands. Can't believe this park is so cheap not to provide a way to dry your hands. In the laundry room, on the wall is a sign with all the things you can't do. There are literally dozens of "don'ts" you can't do. You will need to mortgage your house to cover the laundry fees. As long as you ignore the management, you should be fine. The office manager needs some lessons in friendliness. She is a real grump. Try not to ask her too many questions. You will not receive the wifi password, so you'll have to ask. You won't receive a camping "don't" list. Don't ask for it. Prices in the gift shop are exorbitant. Price of a huckleberry pie is $50. They don't sell many. Park is close to Glacier's entrance and a nice place to stay as long as you stay clear of the management.
