Wow! Amazing they can provide everything for the price we paid. Two pools, hottub, 3 dog runs, free breakfast Sat and Sun, Happyhour Sat for adults, Kareoke Sat night, and free mini golf, pickleball, billiards, corn hole and ping-pong. We had two families with 5 kids from 8-14 and they had an amazing time. Only statyed 2 nights as it was a stop on a 3 week camping trip for us, but regret not staying longer. A "5 Star" rating on facilities is not high enough. Will definitely be back when we can.

We stayed at Raleigh Oaks for a while during the late summer. We had moved to Wilmington in October, but had a family emergency and needed to be closer to a hospital in Raleigh. The staff worked with us and "made space" for us. We ended up staying until early February until we started traveling further south for February and March. We're headed back to NC, and Raleigh Oaks later this week to stay for two months before we head west in late May. We were treated like VIP family by the staff inside and outside. This is a great park with a great staff, with lots of nice people to meet.

We made a reservation here for 2 days, but we were barely on the road to get there when we had mechanical problems with our tow vehicle. I call Raleigh Oaks and asked if we could move the reservation 2 days because of the truck problem. They had absolutely no problem doing that. There was no fee or anything. When we finally got there, we were very happy with the park and our site. Because of a license renewal problem on the new fifth wheel, we had to stay there for about 3 weeks. They had no problem with us having mail and packages sent to the office. Because we didn't know how long we were going to be there, we renewed our site several times. They always calculated whether we had been there long enough for an additional discount. I cannot recommend this park strongly enough. Wonderful people, nice park, great dog runs, well kept sites even with many long term people and nice laundry facilities. Had a brand new camper, so we never used the shower facilities. We ended up spending 3 weeks here and couldn't have been happier with a RV park. Thanks, guys!!

We stayed here for one night on our way to FL. Staff was friendly. Sites are nice size, gravel and level. Plenty of room to manuver our 45' rig. Bathrooms were clean. Lots of recreational and social opportunities. The night we stayed they had a spaghetti dinner. We would definitely stay here again.

Good park with a lot of new landscaping, which means not a lot of shade right now. New Rally building is in process. Nice pools, one intended for adults and the other for families with kids. Bath/Shower rooms are individual and very clean. Sites and roads are gravel with about 20' to 25' between rigs. Plenty of space to walk your dog. Dog park is nice and happens to be by mature trees which do provide shade. There are families of various ages that live here full time. Wi-Fi is good. Bring a fan with you because gnats are bad making it a challenge to sit outside.

What a great campground!!! We had an absolute blast here. We only stayed one night during the July 4th weekend and wished we could have stayed longer. Everyone we spoke with were so friendly, staff and other guests. They had a band playing that was so good!! People were dancing and singing along with them. Truly a great experience. We will definitely stay again and looking forward to it. The only thing is in the pictures it showed beautiful trees and paved roads. Those were not there!

From the moment of checking in to leaving on our last day this campground lived up to all the reviews. The staff was very organized at check-in, including a document with site information, rules, cable channels, wi-fi info, etc. Then an escort to the site. Everyone was friendly, the park was clean, and we couldn't believe how clean and nice the bathrooms/showers were. We will be back soon.

This is the second time we've stayed at this campground and it is quickly becoming one of our favorites. We can't say enough good things about this facility! The restrooms are very clean, the staff is wonderful, the sites are large and level, and the pool and grounds are well kept. It looks like they are continually working to improve the campground with the addition of shrubs, trees and landscaping. They have a wonderful tradition of offering complimentary waffles and coffee several mornings each week. Convenient to I-95 and only about 10 miles from I-40. We come here from I-40 and it is definitely worth the few extra miles.

Where do I begin? Immaculate will groomed sites With lots of room in between.Great amenities including two pools, billiards, fitness center, pickle ball, minigolf, free waffles on Wednesday through Sunday's, free movie nite Friday's.. Restrooms were renovated and immaculate. Staff courteous. Everything was about the perfect place I've ever been. There was no place in the area around it that comes close. Believe me. We check them out.

Very nice RV park with super-friendly staff. Facilities are all extremely clean and brand new. Beautiful pool area, great workout facility. Extra nice touch is the free waffle breakfast every morning. There are three RV parks in the vicinity of this exit off of I-95 and this appears to be the nicest. Sole downside is that roadways and sites are gravel but that was relatively minor. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a very nice campground. We had a little trouble leveling, but not too much. All of the sites are large and gravel. There's a nice table and firepit on the grass between your site and the one next to you. The pool is unheated and it was cold so we didn't go swimming, but it felt good to relax in the hot tub. There's miniature golf and a tennis/badminton court. The fenced in dog park is large enough for any size dog to run around and have fun. Wednesday through Sunday there are free waffles, coffee and juice at the "White House". The bathrooms are large and private. The laundry (wash $2, dry 50ยข for 15 minutes) is large enough, but there are no chairs in there, so I went to the "Rally Room" while my clothes were going. The Rally Room has comfortable chairs along one wall and tables and chairs in the middle. There are jigsaw puzzles in there, or you can sit back with a good book until your laundry is done. There are also a billiards room and a fitness room. The staff keeps all of them clean. The company that owns this resort also owns eight others. We enjoyed our stay here so much that we'll look for the others while we travel around the country.

There was no problem making a reservation a half hour before arriving. The staff couldn't have been any more helpful. We were escorted to our pull thru site and all questions were answered positively. We used the pool and hot tub that evening after a full day of traveling. The next morning we enjoyed the waffles and the company of fellow campers. It was great that I didn't have to fix breakfast and cleanup before we left that morning. Not that we needed them, but they are fully handicap assessable from the pool lift to the shower/bath house. Timing prevented us from stopping on the way home but we are going north again in May and will be stopping here then.

Very clean well run park. Mostly gravel sites, and mostly pull through. Friendly staff and helpful escort to your site, also helpful getting your rig hooked up. Good cable, and water, the power pedestals and sewer are fairly new. A nice quiet place to spend some time, with easy on and off I-95.

For a new campground it was a great place to stay. It has 2 pools, a free 9 hole mini golf, playground, awesome private bathroom/showers, main pool has a hot tub, movies on either Fri or Sat, Saturday morning crafts for the kids, lots of RV spots and cabins. Since it is new the landscaping will take a few years to establish itself and they are still working on enlarging playground. They dont have a store for RV stuff. We will be staying here yearly because I feel it will only get better with time.

We were first time RVers in a rented Class C 30 ft. The reservation procedure was friendly and quick, and the rates were probably the lowest on our trip south. We just stayed overnight on our way to relocate the RV. When we got there, it was late, but the staff came out to make sure we hooked up. The bathrooms were pretty darn nice. Separate and private; with sink, toilet, shower all in a private room; with a bench and wooden mat. It set the bar for a campground bathroom experience. And in fact the facilities on the rest of the trip did not even come close. We were in and out, so we missed the gratis waffles, and there were pools, areas to hang out, a miniature golf (I think). If we start doing this RV thing - this will be our first stop going south on trips. Thanks again for a great experience.
