A rather bland, overpriced Park. The pull thru spaces were very wide and all utilities worked fine. They advertised very fast wi-fi, but just the opposite. So slow we finally had to turn on a hot spot from our phone to check emails. Not likely to stay here again.

This small park is in the town of Cortez, convenient for visiting Mesa Verde National Park. It has an asphalt driveway with gravel site pads. The sites are quite narrow. Our site was on the left side as you enter. It seems that the sites on the other side had a bit more room and were angled. We had a back-in site (don't think they have any pull-thru sites) with full hookups and 50 amp electric. There was a picnic table but not much room to make use of it. The included WiFi was OK. As others have noted, this is a small park and it's easy to miss the entrance. You will not camp here for the amenities as there are none. No complaints but it offers just what it says and no more. However be aware that they do not take credit cards! Checks and cash only, and no refunds. If you're looking for a place to park near the Walmart and the highway and plan to spend the day elsewhere (Mesa Verde, for instance) this is a good choice. It's not a resort.

Small park, but very clean and easy to get our trailer in. A good Mexican restaurant is close by in walking distance We had a little difficulty in missing the entrance, but we found it. Very friendly and customer oriented staff.

We had trailer problem, the equalizer was broken. After driving around to find a place to repair our trailer on a Friday the Goodyear shop was able to help, but they didn't have the parts. We went to a store that had the parts and he suggested to stay at the La Mesa R.V. park. We were able to get in with no problem. This is a small park, very quite with great showers. The water presser in the shower is so great that it is better then my house. The people are very friendly and helpful, she gave... Read More
