Nice clean park in general.Reasonable rates, Far better park than what is available in Morro Bay closer to the beach. Has a laundry room but washers and dryers are old and often several are out of order.Dryers are either too hot or not hot enough.nice bathroom and showers but are not cleaned regularly. could be a week or better before shower stalls and toilets are cleaned.Somebody uses the toilets but do not flush when through. Often Find toilet paper is out. Spaces are are level and have gravel.... Read More

Spaces are small and cramped, not wide enough to comfortably accomodate newer and wider rigs with slide- outs on each side.There is only about 8-10 feet between rigs.If neighbor is outside barbequeing you best close your windows because you'll be sucking smoke that is right under your windows and be disturb by the close quarters..Don't expect the manager, to give a hoot about your concerns. her attitude seems to be, love it or leave it.Yeah, I did.
