this place is WAY overpriced, sites are super small i could not open my slides on one side as i wouls not be able to walk between, we got the there was excrement on the ground between the rocks and a big pile of excrement on the sewer , wifi does not work even to look at emails takes an eternity...i would not pay more than $25 to stay there would never go back there, i think at least half of the sites are for storage for an rv rental company

Site was only 15' wide for our big rig and not long enough for our vehicle to park on the site. If you need to be close to SF this is your place, as it is convenient for leaving your RV there while you're in town.

This park is a bit pricey because of its location, but what a location it is! Right next to the Corte Madera Marsh, with lovely loop trails to view birds and other wildlife and a water view across the northern San Francisco Bay there's a nearby bus stop to travel into San Francisco across the Golden Gate Bridge the Larkspur Ferry Terminal is only a few blocks away there's a nearby Trader Joe's, and a couple of malls and the Greenbrae Bon Air Center (including a nice park) are not far away. While the campsites are basically long, narrow parking spaces, all our neighbors were pleasant. The laundry facility was large and clean. We didn't use the bathhouse, but I would expect it to be well-maintained, as was the rest of the park. There was a small, pleasant swimming pool. The pet area was unfenced, next to the marsh, but supplied with a bag-and-bin pole, and leashed dogs were welcome on the marsh trails. We (two remote-working adults) would absolutely stay here again.

Being the best of a group of 3rd rate RV parks is not saying much. The staff is friendly. I am here during the off season... the Shower rooms are too cold to use... The owner says it's the weather....Yeah that is why you heat a space. The upgraded internet will kick you off if you use it.... I was goig to stay a week but hell it is too uncomfortable....

Plain and simple, this is a cement parking lot. Sites are small but usable. The staff was awesome, super friendly and helpful in telling us where to go and what to see. Great location but if you are looking to camp, this is not the place for you. If you are looking for a convenient location to ride the ferry to SF or to see the other local sites, it will work. Would stay here again only because of the location and the great staff.

The park has paved loop road with gravel sites. There are no trees or shrubs at the sites and the sites are separated by railroad ties and all back in. The dog walk area is at the east end of the park and is the side of an old rail bed so is generally uneven and not fenced, you must keep you dog on a leash. The park is well situated for access to the Larkspur Ferry to San Francisco, about 1 mile walk. From the park we took day trips to San Francisco, Sausalito, Sonoma, Napa, and Stinson Beach.... The best thing about the park is its central location. The staff was very friendly and helpful in planning our activities in the SF area.

I stayed in space J3. The internet and cable TV worked fine. Restrooms were dirty and were not cleaned except to dump trash in the 2 days we stayed. Mentioned this to the office and they made light of it. One of the office people was very helpful regarding local knowledge, 2 others were less helpful.
