Appeal Rating It was very windy when we arrived mid afternoon, when commenting to desk lady, she said welcome to the north! Staff is friendly and helpful. We had no sewer hook up, only electric and water (30 amp). There are no trees and therefore no shade and because it was windy no awning. There is some road noise. Restrooms/showers are clean but showers are not free and relatively expensive. Good wifi reception. Gravel driveways and sites. My pull-thru site was not level. Some back in sites have grass and fire pits but none were available, looked to me like they were long term tenants. There is a big lake next door but we did not go there. The town is about 4 miles away. The Wal-mart in the town has no rv supplies like some of the others. We needed the furnace in the morning though we were here early August. I would not say don't stay here, but personally, if I come through here again I will look for something else, but if I don't find one, then would stay here again.
