We stayed here for just two nights, and it is pretty clear that this is a campground with LOTS (a hefty majority) of folks who stay here for long stretches. Lots of little mobile homes with rigs parked by them. I suspect there are snowbirds & full-timers. Not so many short termers like us. We were given Spot #2, right by the exit and really, even outside of the main gate. A LONG way from the amenties.so much so that you really wouldn't want to walk to the clubhouse. We were given Spot #2, right by the exit and really, even outside of the main gate. A LONG way from the amenties.so much so that you really wouldn't want to walk to the clubhouse. It's an expensive place, and does seem to have nice amenities, including bocci ball, pickleball, pool, clubhouse, etc. For such a big "fancy" place, it's funny that you can't reserve online and when I called to reserve, they didn't even give me a confirmation # or email. "Us talking right now is your confirmation." And then, when we checked in, it was a painfully slow process, whereby they wrote down everything SLOWLY by hand. Wrote down all my credit card info, and then just ran the card. So I left the front desk with not a great feeling. All hook-ups worked. That was good. I used my Verizon hot spot and because we were on the edge of Phoenix, we certainly had a good signal. The plain gravel sites are VERY close to each other. I barely had room to hook up without walking onto my neighbor's outdoor dining area. My wife and I had a good laugh about how close we were. It's a clean, tidy and "secure" (if your spot is inside their gate) location. But it really wasn't for us. We felt like 2nd class citizens. Won't stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay from Dec 2019 to May 2020. Office staff was very helpful in getting us a reservation even though we were later in the season calling. Thanks! Great location as it is close to Pheonix (north side of Pheonix) and also close to the country (desert/mountains).Has nice paved streets for walking & bike riding. Nice large indoor pool and hot tub. No outside pools which I thought I would miss more than I did. Nice bocce ball, pickle ball and horseshoe areas with bleachers ,night... Read More

We will definitely come back, as a matter of fact we already reserved for next year. Met a lot of nice people here. Clubhouse area has a lot of nice activities thanks to a great activities director. A nice little general store with basics. Good laundry room/clothes line area. Library, billiards room, etc.. Good rates. Close to great restaurants, stores etc. If I had to list any constructive advise it would be to add more trees(palm trees) and greenery around the resort for aesthetics and privacy. We recommend this park.

If you like a lot of rules and being treated like 2nd class citizen then this is the place for you. Non helpful staff, maintenance guys who can swear with the best of them and a Gestapo manager are all highlighted at this resort! The dog run park we were parked next to reeked of dog urine which we could smell from our site. The maintenance yard was right next to our spot and we had to listen to the maintenance guys foul language when ever they were working on something. Oh yes and the park manager... Read More

Small spaces, noisy from I-17 and the shooting range nearby. Only showers are in the enclosed pool area, small and only two showers. This park apparently allows temporary sun canopies for shade, and with the nightly desert winds, one of them blew into our RV causing in excess of $3000 damage to paint and decals. Only thing going for this place is it's proximity to Phoenix, but that is not enough for us to stay there again. There are other choices in the area that have more appeal.

This park is ran poorly by office staff. First we wanted to check in sooner than our 11/20/17 date. They said no room. We drive by 3 times and there were 100s of spaces empty. We move in on said date of Nov. We paid for 3 months but informed the lady we wanted yo stay til May 2018. We were told no problem. Upon going to pay for another 3 months, we were told they had rented our space out. They didnt care that they had already told us we could rent it. Further our neinir wanted to stay in his dpit... Great RV resort but dog parks are in dire need of upgrades!

Great place to stay close to Phoenix, but not too close! Quiet and peaceful area. Paved roads and large pull thru sites. We had a back in that was large enough. People were very friendly. I'd stay here again.
