Majority of campground is monthly or full time residences. All types of vehicles and accessory items at most campsites. Seems more like a mobile home park, than a rv park. There for a three nights and watched the Police serve warrants twice... Not a place that makes you feel safe. This is not a place that I would recommend or stay at again...

The laundry was useless as the dryers were inoperative. The sites are not close to level, so bring plenty of leveling material if you choose to stay here. Beware, dangerous dogs (german shepherd) are allowed to range freely without a leash or owner supervision. I was bitten while trying to keep the shepherd away from my dog, which was on a leash. Best find another park. This park does not appear to be up to Good Sam standards.

We have stayed at many RV Parks all over the country and this one is one of the absolutely worse. General store is not operating. Web site advertises laundry room which is filthy, all dryers and most washers are out of order. Spaces are overgrown not very level with not enough room to put out awnings. Lot of old permanent campers. Park is located close to highway with a lot of road noise day and night. No wi fi or cable, you are not allowed to use a portable gas grill under any circumstance. This is a noisy site. It sits under the airport departure route next to the railroad and I40 with highway, air traffic and rail noise 24 hours a day. The restrooms were closed hence the poor rating there All of the dryers in the laundromat were out of service except for one that had a warning that it was hot and might burn or melt your clothes. The restaurant was closed for Covid-19 The site was very uneven and we barely were able to reach the electric post. We didn't bother to hook up water... Read More

Restrooms were closed because of pandemic. Everything else was good

We stayed here for three nights. very nice people and we enjoyed the steakhouse and dinner show that is on the property. Its very central to Flagstaff so we were able to enjoy the area from the park.

We just overnighted here. Pretty run-down but everything worked (water/elec/sewer). Lots of permanent residents.

Road construction in the park was not disclosed upon check-in. It created blowing dirt and construction material which is unhealthy, as well as, excessive noise. It played havoc with my husbands allergies. The next morning an asphalt sprayer was parked next to our RV, becoming our next door neighbor. It was impossible to sit out and enjoy the cool weather or use our BBQ. It was impossible to sit out and enjoy the cool weather or use our BBQ. At the end of the day when construction stopped, there was a constant stream of traffic until around midnight, however, our site was located between the main entrance and next to the construction area. There are several warnings about robberies and when we had food delivered, the driver said if he had an identifying sign that he was delivering food, he would be robbed. We were very disappointed, poor experience, and not worthy of a recommendation.

If you see a picture of the roads in this park don't believe it! The roads have not been paved or maintained EVER! If you get to your site without a flat tire consider yourself lucky. There are HUGE potholes on all the roads. The shower room (there's only one for women and one for men) is filthy. Really funny - the restroom is pretty clean (i think because it is shared with Black Bart's Steakhouse) but you walk into the shower room and it is FILTHY! The laundry room is also Filthy - I don't think the floors have ever been cleaned AND half the dryers do not work! Flagstaff is an awesome city to vacation/visit! Do yourself a favor - stay at a KOA or other RV park. Your trip will be so much more enjoyable!

RV spaces were short and we wereback to back against another large Rv. The hookups for water and power are at the end of the space, too far away for a 25 foot hose. For $40 a night we didn't expect to be packed in so tight to other RVs. It's noisy 24 x 7, trains run nearby all night, and I40 is adjacent to the RV Park. Okay for a quick overnight stay but wouldn't recommend it as a relaxing place to stay.

This park has so much potential, but is sadly under-developed. Location: Very convenient to all Flagstaff shops, restaurants and the highway. But, there is LOTS of road noise in the park. We had to run our fans at night to drown it out. Overall site: Beautiful. Surrounded by pine trees, the park setting is really pretty and provides some lovely sunsets. Service: Excellent. The lady that runs the place goes the extra mile to satisfy her customers. If not for her efforts, we probably would have pulled up and left. Sites: Awful, just awful. All sites are gravel and sloped. The back (lower) section of the park is so sloped we could not level our big rig. When we complained, we were moved to the front section, which is also gravel, but slightly less sloped and we were able to level off. All sites are set up for "double parking" with the first arriver pulling through and the second one backing in. It is awkward. Packing the sites like that limits the space available for parking and the roads can get very crowded. The picnic table areas are padded with dirt but no grass, so at the first drop of rain, you have a mud hole right outside of your door. Roads: Poor condition. You have to drive very slowly and when it is crowded, there is limited space to maneuver. Organization: Strange. They put tent campers anywhere, rather than group them together. There is also a large number of full-timers and they are spread throughout the park, rather than grouped in a section. Their sites are very unkempt and are not a good representation of how nice this park could be. Overall, it is probably a decent park for trailers, 5th wheels and shorter motorhomes that can easily level off. For longer rigs like ours (44') the unlevel sites combined with the other park issues make this an undesirable park.

This place is close to freeway. Flagstaff is a busy place so there is morning traffic noise. No cable Sad :( Nice park though. gravel sites lots of full timers there. Would I stay there again not sure. looked like they had to dig across driveway and filled with rocks also not smooth driveway to office.

Nice park centrally located to town and lots to do around the area. Our site had good grass and big trees. The restaurant is very convenient and entertaining, had a great time.

We were not impressed with Black Bart's RV Park. Our nightly cost to stay was $40 with the Good Sam discount. The front desk registration went smoothly and the clerk was friendly, however, there was no cable TV or WIFI at the site, the site patio (and others around us) were severely cracked and unsightly, the picnic table (and others around us) were quite old and weathered, and the site (and others around us) looked like a construction zone. Apparently, this area of the park was recently dug up with the site comprised of clumps of soil and fresh gravel that was very dusty and tracked into the RV. Thank goodness that it didn't rain during our stay. We felt we were ripped off for the price charged. There were other parts of the park that were nicer with established trees.

This RV Park was a great setting, clean, staff was friendly and very helpful. We had a water issue and they loaned us a regulator to see if that worked. We also had dinner at the Steakhouse & Saloon, the food was excellent and the entertainment was great. I highly recommend this rv park.

When we were looking for a RV park (for only one night) we wanted something close to family and the name Black Barts caught my attention, curious mostly I guess. Lots of trees for shade, which will be great for you in the summer but we went in the winter and needed the sunshine. We pulled in hoping for full hook up but they told us no water hook up due to pipes freezing at night so they had a water hose at the pull up to fill your fresh tank, thank you for that. Received a 10% discount coupon... Read More

Received a 10% discount coupon for the steakhouse, didn't get a chance to eat there this time though. Easy pull through, only downfall is the semi trucks across the street. They have to leave their trucks running all night and that was a pain, otherwise easy access from the interstate, good location.

Awful place. There are gross sites with run down rv's of people who are here full time and they are trashy looking and run down. The sites are way too close together and there is no cable or WiFi. The steakhouse is horribly over priced and the store has nothing in it. I'm really sorry I stayed here. We won't be back. How did this park get a Good Sam rating?

4 4 out of 5 stars 03/15/2016

Nice place, very good customer service. The sites are kind of hard to level on but doable. Very scenic area but the semis in the lot next door were stinky and noisy all night (not their fault I guess). A nice respite in near freezing weather for us. Good dog walking areas.

Sites were still being cleaned from winter, not very level. Staff very friendly, steak house was wonderful!

I was very disappointed with my stay. The facilities were sub standard compared to every other RV Park we have been to. The sites were no where close to being level. They were sloppy muddy. There was no internet or cable TV. Their entire claim to fame seemed to be their onsite steak house which to us seemed over priced. The onsite "store" was less than adequate in the quantity and quality of merchandise. I'm sorry we chose this RV park and I recommend you don't choose it either.
